By default, only administrators can close topics or respond to them, and to give moderators this ability, the forum-close-policy parameter can be used;<\/li>\n<li>added the command fossil all whatis;<\/li>\n<li>correct messages about renamed or edited files by the fossil status command and the web interface;<\/li>\n<li>the command fossil help  now shows the default value for this option;<\/li>\n<li>in timeline graphs, closed commits are displayed with an X in the center of the circle or node field;<\/li>\n<li>new options for email notifications: receive only the first message in each new topic, and\/or messages that are responses to the user's messages;<\/li>\n<li>fixed a bug introduced in version 2.22 that caused the FTS5 full-text search to fail if the searched text contained non-ASCII characters;<\/li>\n<li>improved protection against malicious attacks;<\/li>\n<li>enhanced tree views of files, showing file sizes and enabling sorting;<\/li>\n<li>the command fossil fts-config now shows how much space the full-text index occupies in the storage;<\/li>\n<li>now changing the value of a parameter to an empty string is generally equivalent to deleting that parameter.
