A Syncthing k\u00f3dja Go nyelven k\u00e9sz\u00fclt, \u00e9s szabadon terjeszthet\u0151 MPL licenc alatt. A k\u00e9sz v\u00e1ltozatok Linux, Windows, macOS \u00e9s FreeBSD rendszerekre lettek el\u0151k\u00e9sz\u00edtve.     <\/p>\n<p>A t\u00f6bb eszk\u00f6z k\u00f6z\u00f6tti adatszinkroniz\u00e1l\u00e1s mellett a Syncthing lehet\u0151v\u00e9 teszi nagy, decentraliz\u00e1lt h\u00e1l\u00f3zatok l\u00e9trehoz\u00e1s\u00e1t k\u00f6z\u00f6sen haszn\u00e1lt adatok t\u00e1rol\u00e1s\u00e1ra, amelyek a r\u00e9sztvev\u0151k rendszerein oszlanak meg. Hozz\u00e1f\u00e9r\u00e9s-ellen\u0151rz\u00e9si eszk\u00f6z\u00f6k \u00e9s szinkroniz\u00e1l\u00e1si kiv\u00e9telek k\u00e9sz\u00edt\u00e9s\u00e9re is lehet\u0151s\u00e9g van. Meghat\u00e1rozhat\u00f3k olyan hosztok, amelyek csak adatokat fogadnak, azaz a hi\u00e1nyz\u00f3 adatok m\u00f3dos\u00edt\u00e1sa nem t\u00fckr\u00f6z\u0151dik a m\u00e1s rendszerekben t\u00e1rolt adatok p\u00e9ld\u00e1nyain. T\u00f6bb f\u00e1jlverzi\u00f3-kezel\u00e9si m\u00f3dot t\u00e1mogat, amelyek meg\u0151rzik a m\u00f3dosult adatok kor\u00e1bbi verzi\u00f3it.      <\/p>\n<p>A f\u00e1jlok logikailag blokkokra vannak bontva, amelyek oszthatatlanok a felhaszn\u00e1l\u00f3i rendszerek k\u00f6z\u00f6tti adat\u00e1tvitel sor\u00e1n. \u00daj eszk\u00f6zre val\u00f3 szinkroniz\u00e1l\u00e1skor, ha az azonos blokkok t\u00f6bb eszk\u00f6z\u00f6n is megtal\u00e1lhat\u00f3k, a blokkok \u00e1tvitele k\u00fcl\u00f6nb\u00f6z\u0151 csom\u00f3pontokb\u00f3l t\u00f6rt\u00e9nik, hasonl\u00f3an a BitTorrent rendszer m\u0171k\u00f6d\u00e9s\u00e9hez. Min\u00e9l t\u00f6bb eszk\u00f6z vesz r\u00e9szt a szinkroniz\u00e1l\u00e1sban, ann\u00e1l gyorsabb lesz az \u00faj adatok replik\u00e1l\u00e1sa a p\u00e1rhuzamos\u00edt\u00e1s miatt. A m\u00f3dos\u00edtott f\u00e1jlok szinkroniz\u00e1l\u00e1sakor csak a megv\u00e1ltozott adatblokkok ker\u00fclnek \u00e1tvitelre a h\u00e1l\u00f3zaton, m\u00edg \u00e1tnevez\u00e9s vagy jogosults\u00e1gv\u00e1ltoz\u00e1s eset\u00e9n csak a metaadatok szinkroniz\u00e1l\u00f3dnak.     <\/p>\n<p>Az adatok \u00e1tviteli csatorn\u00e1i TLS haszn\u00e1lat\u00e1val j\u00f6nnek l\u00e9tre, minden csom\u00f3pont k\u00f6lcs\u00f6n\u00f6sen hiteles\u00edti egym\u00e1st tan\u00fas\u00edtv\u00e1nyok \u00e9s eszk\u00f6zazonos\u00edt\u00f3k alapj\u00e1n, az integrit\u00e1s ellen\u0151rz\u00e9s\u00e9hez pedig SHA-256-ot haszn\u00e1lnak. A helyi h\u00e1l\u00f3zaton t\u00f6rt\u00e9n\u0151 szinkroniz\u00e1ci\u00f3s csom\u00f3pontok meghat\u00e1roz\u00e1s\u00e1hoz UPnP protokollt lehet haszn\u00e1lni, amely nem ig\u00e9nyel manu\u00e1lis bevitel. <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/prohoster.info\/hu\/lir\/ipv4\/\"   title=\"IP-c\u00edmek\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"880\">IP-c\u00edmek<\/a> szinkroniz\u00e1lt eszk\u00f6z\u00f6k. Az SQLite haszn\u00e1lata egyszer\u0171s\u00edti az adatok kezel\u00e9s\u00e9t \u00e9s elemz\u00e9s\u00e9t, valamint cs\u00f6kkenti a hib\u00e1k sz\u00e1m\u00e1t.\n<li class=\"l\"> Megv\u00e1ltozott a napl\u00f3z\u00e1s form\u00e1tuma, amely mostant\u00f3l struktur\u00e1lt form\u00e1ban k\u00e9sz\u00fcl (\u00fczenet + param\u00e9terek kulcs-\u00e9rt\u00e9k form\u00e1tumban). \u00daj napl\u00f3z\u00e1si szint ker\u00fclt bevezet\u00e9sre \u2014 WARNING, amely nem olyan r\u00e9szletes, mint az INFO, de t\u00f6bb inform\u00e1ci\u00f3t tartalmaz az ERROR szinthez k\u00e9pest.
