Tov\u00e1bb\u00e1 a versenyt\u00e1rs megold\u00e1sok is folyamatosan fejl\u0151dnek. \u00c9ppen ez\u00e9rt k\u00f6zz\u00e9tessz\u00fck az ESG \u00e1ltal v\u00e9gzett \u00fajabb, frissebb \u00f6sszehasonl\u00edt\u00f3 terhel\u00e9si teszteket. <\/p>\n<p>2018 nyar\u00e1n az ESG laborat\u00f3rium megism\u00e9telte a Cisco HyperFlex \u00e9s versenyt\u00e1rsai \u00f6sszehasonl\u00edt\u00e1s\u00e1t. Figyelembe v\u00e9ve a modern szoftveralap\u00fa megold\u00e1sok haszn\u00e1lat\u00e1nak tendenci\u00e1j\u00e1t, a versenyt\u00e1rsak k\u00f6z\u00e9 hasonl\u00f3 platformok gy\u00e1rt\u00f3i is beker\u00fcltek a \u00f6sszehasonl\u00edt\u00e1sba. <\/p>\n<h2>Tesztkonfigur\u00e1ci\u00f3k<\/h2>\n<p>\nA HyperFlex tesztel\u00e9se sor\u00e1n k\u00e9t teljesen szoftveres hipo-konvergens rendszert hasonl\u00edtottak \u00f6ssze, amelyeket szabv\u00e1nyos x86 szerverekre telep\u00edtenek, valamint egy hibrid szoftver-hardver megold\u00e1st. A tesztel\u00e9s a hipo-konvergens rendszerekhez standard szoftverrel \u2013 HCIBench\u2013 zajlott, amely az Oracle Vdbench eszk\u00f6zt haszn\u00e1lja \u00e9s automatiz\u00e1lja a tesztel\u00e9si folyamatot. K\u00fcl\u00f6n\u00f6sen a HCIBench automatikusan l\u00e9trehozza a virtu\u00e1lis g\u00e9peket, koordin\u00e1lja a terhel\u00e9st k\u00f6z\u00f6tt\u00fck \u00e9s k\u00e9nyelmes, \u00e9rthet\u0151 jelent\u00e9seket gener\u00e1l. \u00a0<\/p>\n<p>140 virtu\u00e1lis g\u00e9p j\u00f6tt l\u00e9tre a klaszterben (35 g\u00e9p csom\u00f3pontonk\u00e9nt). Minden virtu\u00e1lis g\u00e9p 4 vCPU-t \u00e9s 4 GB RAM-ot haszn\u00e1lt. A VM helyi lemez m\u00e9rete 16 GB, m\u00edg a kieg\u00e9sz\u00edt\u0151 lemez 40 GB volt.<br \/>\n<noindex><a rel=\"nofollow\" name=\"habracut\"><\/a><\/noindex><br \/>\nA k\u00f6vetkez\u0151 klaszterconfigur\u00e1ci\u00f3k vettek r\u00e9szt a tesztel\u00e9sben:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cisco HyperFlex 220C klaszter n\u00e9gy csom\u00f3pontb\u00f3l, 1 x 400 GB SSD a gyors\u00edt\u00e1shoz \u00e9s 6 x 1.2 TB SAS HDD az adatokhoz;<\/li>\n<li>A Vendor A klaszter n\u00e9gy csom\u00f3pontb\u00f3l, 2 x 400 GB SSD a gyors\u00edt\u00e1shoz \u00e9s 4 x 1 TB SATA HDD az adatokhoz;<\/li>\n<li>A Vendor B klaszter n\u00e9gy csom\u00f3pontb\u00f3l, 2 x 400 GB SSD a gyors\u00edt\u00e1shoz \u00e9s 12 x 1.2 TB SAS HDD az adatokhoz;<\/li>\n<li>A Vendor C klaszter n\u00e9gy csom\u00f3pontb\u00f3l, 4 x 480 GB SSD a gyors\u00edt\u00e1shoz \u00e9s 12 x 900 GB SAS HDD az adatokhoz.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\nMinden megold\u00e1s processzorai \u00e9s RAM-ja azonos volt.<\/p>\n<h2>Virtu\u00e1lis g\u00e9pek sz\u00e1m\u00e1nak tesztje<\/h2>\n<p>\nA teszt egy standard OLTP teszt emul\u00e1l\u00e1s\u00e1ra tervezett munkaterhel\u00e9ssel kezd\u0151d\u00f6tt: olvas\u00e1s\/\u00edr\u00e1s (RW) 70%\/30%, 100% teljes v\u00e9letlenszer\u0171s\u00e9g, c\u00e9l\u00e9rt\u00e9kkel 800 IOPS egy virtu\u00e1lis g\u00e9pen (VM). A teszt 140 VM-en zajlott minden klaszterben h\u00e1rom-n\u00e9gy \u00f3r\u00e1n kereszt\u00fcl. A teszt c\u00e9lja, hogy az \u00edr\u00e1si k\u00e9sleltet\u00e9seket a maxim\u00e1lis sz\u00e1m\u00fa VM eset\u00e9n 5 milliszekundum vagy ann\u00e1l alacsonyabb szinten tartsa. <\/p>\n<p>A teszt eredm\u00e9nyek\u00e9ppen (l\u00e1sd az al\u00e1bbi grafikont) a HyperFlex volt az egyetlen platform, amely 140 VM kezdeti \u00e1llapotban \u00e9s 5 ms alatti k\u00e9sleltet\u00e9ssel teljes\u00edtette ezt a tesztet (4,95 ms). A t\u00f6bbi klasztern\u00e9l a tesztet \u00fajraind\u00edtott\u00e1k, hogy tapasztalati \u00faton, t\u00f6bb iter\u00e1ci\u00f3n kereszt\u00fcl be\u00e1ll\u00edts\u00e1k a VM-ek sz\u00e1m\u00e1t az 5 ms c\u00e9lk\u00e9sleltet\u00e9shez. <\/p>\n<p>A Vendor A sikeresen kezelte a 70 VM-et 4,65 ms \u00e1tlagos v\u00e1laszid\u0151vel.<br \/>\nA Vendor B a k\u00edv\u00e1nt k\u00e9sleltet\u00e9seket 5,37 ms \u00e9rt\u00e9ken biztos\u00edtotta csak 36 VM-es eset\u00e9n. <br \/>\nA Vendor C 48 virtu\u00e1lis g\u00e9pet tudott kezelni 5,02 ms v\u00e1laszid\u0151vel.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Cisco HyperFlex vs. versenyt\u00e1rsak: tesztelj\u00fck a teljes\u00edtm\u00e9nyt\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/0697a4ad28f5affb888f036b0dfc9519.jpg\" style=\"display:block;margin: 0 auto;\" \/><br \/>\n<\/p>\n<h2>SQL Server terhel\u00e9s emul\u00e1ci\u00f3<\/h2>\n<p>\nTov\u00e1bbiakban az ESG Lab emul\u00e1lta a SQL Server terhel\u00e9st. A teszt k\u00fcl\u00f6nb\u00f6z\u0151 blokkm\u00e9reteket \u00e9s olvas\u00e1s\/\u00edr\u00e1s ar\u00e1nyokat haszn\u00e1lt. A teszt szint\u00e9n 140 virtu\u00e1lis g\u00e9pen futott.<\/p>\n<p>Ahogy az az al\u00e1bbi \u00e1br\u00e1n l\u00e1that\u00f3, a Cisco HyperFlex majdnem k\u00e9tszer annyi IOPS-t \u00e9rt el, mint az A \u00e9s B besz\u00e1ll\u00edt\u00f3k, m\u00edg a C besz\u00e1ll\u00edt\u00f3 eset\u00e9ben t\u00f6bb mint \u00f6tsz\u00f6r. A Cisco HyperFlex \u00e1tlagos v\u00e1laszideje 8,2 ms volt. \u00d6sszehasonl\u00edt\u00e1sul, az A besz\u00e1ll\u00edt\u00f3 \u00e1tlagos v\u00e1laszideje 30,6 ms, a B-\u00e9 12,8 ms, a C-\u00e9 pedig 10,33 ms volt.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Cisco HyperFlex vs. versenyt\u00e1rsak: tesztelj\u00fck a teljes\u00edtm\u00e9nyt\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/11a24b1d76d7207a56dcc1f5da041cd9.jpg\" style=\"display:block;margin: 0 auto;\" \/><br \/>\n<br \/>\n\u00c9rdekes megfigyel\u00e9st tettek a tesztek sor\u00e1n. A Vendor B jelent\u0151s sz\u00f3r\u00e1st mutatott az IOPS \u00e1tlagos teljes\u00edtm\u00e9ny\u00e9ben a k\u00fcl\u00f6nb\u00f6z\u0151 VM-ek k\u00f6z\u00f6tt. Ez azt jelenti, hogy a terhel\u00e9s rendk\u00edv\u00fcl egyenl\u0151tlen\u00fcl oszlott meg, n\u00e9h\u00e1ny VM \u00e1tlagosan 1000 IOPS+ teljes\u00edtm\u00e9nnyel dolgozott, m\u00edg m\u00e1sok 64 IOPS \u00e9rt\u00e9kn\u00e9l. A Cisco HyperFlex ebben az esetben sokkal stabilabbnak t\u0171nt, mind a 140 VM \u00e1tlagosan 600 IOPS-t kapott az adatt\u00e1rol\u00f3 alrendszert\u0151l, ami azt jelenti, hogy a terhel\u00e9s nagyon egyenletesen oszlott meg a virtu\u00e1lis g\u00e9pek k\u00f6z\u00f6tt.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Cisco HyperFlex vs. versenyt\u00e1rsak: tesztelj\u00fck a teljes\u00edtm\u00e9nyt\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/1734468d3c62d2031daa18ae29d03c8e.jpg\" style=\"display:block;margin: 0 auto;\" \/><br \/>\n<br \/>\nFontos megjegyezni, hogy az IOPS egyenl\u0151tlen eloszl\u00e1sa a B besz\u00e1ll\u00edt\u00f3 virtu\u00e1lis g\u00e9pei k\u00f6z\u00f6tt minden tesztel\u00e9si iter\u00e1ci\u00f3 sor\u00e1n megfigyelhet\u0151 volt. <\/p>\n<p>A val\u00f3s termel\u00e9sben az ilyen rendszer viselked\u00e9s nagy probl\u00e9m\u00e1t jelenthet az adminisztr\u00e1torok sz\u00e1m\u00e1ra, mivel egyes virtu\u00e1lis g\u00e9pek v\u00e9letlenszer\u0171en \"akadoznak\", \u00e9s szinte nincs m\u00f3d ezen folyamat ellen\u0151rz\u00e9s\u00e9re. Az egyetlen, nem t\u00fal hat\u00e9kony m\u00f3dja a terhel\u00e9s kiegyenl\u00edt\u00e9s\u00e9nek a B gy\u00e1rt\u00f3 megold\u00e1sa eset\u00e9n a QoS vagy a terhel\u00e9seloszt\u00e1s valamilyen megval\u00f3s\u00edt\u00e1sa.<\/p>\n<h2>K\u00f6vetkeztet\u00e9s<\/h2>\n<p>\nGondoljunk csak bele, mi is az a 140 virtu\u00e1lis g\u00e9p a Cisco Hyperflexen egy fizikai csom\u00f3ponton szemben a t\u00f6bbi megold\u00e1s 70-nel vagy ann\u00e1l kevesebbel? Ez a v\u00e1llalkoz\u00e1sok sz\u00e1m\u00e1ra azt jelenti, hogy a Hyperflexen ugyanannyi alkalmaz\u00e1s fenntart\u00e1s\u00e1hoz k\u00e9tszer kevesebb csom\u00f3pont sz\u00fcks\u00e9ges, mint a versenyt\u00e1rsak megold\u00e1saiban, teh\u00e1t a v\u00e9gs\u0151 rendszer l\u00e9nyegesen olcs\u00f3bb lesz. Ha mindehhez hozz\u00e1adjuk a h\u00e1l\u00f3zat, a szerverek \u00e9s az HX Data Platform t\u00e1rol\u00e1si platform karbantart\u00e1si m\u0171veleteinek automatiz\u00e1l\u00e1s\u00e1nak szintj\u00e9t, vil\u00e1goss\u00e1 v\u00e1lik, mi\u00e9rt n\u00e9pszer\u0171s\u00f6dnek annyira gyorsan a Cisco Hyperflex megold\u00e1sok a piacon. <\/p>\n<p>\u00d6sszess\u00e9g\u00e9ben az ESG labor meger\u0151s\u00edtette, hogy a Cisco HyperFlex HX 3.0 hibrid verzi\u00f3i magasabb \u00e9s stabilabb teljes\u00edtm\u00e9nyt ny\u00fajtanak, mint m\u00e1s hasonl\u00f3 megold\u00e1sok. <\/p>\n<p>K\u00f6zben a HyperFlex hibrid klaszterei a IOPS \u00e9s a Latency mutat\u00f3kban is megel\u0151zt\u00e9k a versenyt\u00e1rsakat.
