KaOS \u2013 a Linux distribution that features the latest version of the KDE desktop environment, the Calligra office suite, and other applications utilizing the Qt toolkit. KaOS employs the Pacman package manager, and follows a rolling-release update model. The distribution is exclusively designed for 64-bit systems.<\/p>\n

In the new version, Python 2 packages have been removed and the transition to KDE Plasma 5.17 has been completed. Other changes include updates to GCC 9.2.0 \/ Glibc 2.30. Glib2 and Boost have been updated, and systemd has been upgraded to version 243.<\/p>\n
