Az eredeti terv szerint a munk\u00e1k nem foglaltak el sok id\u0151t \u00e9s er\u0151forr\u00e1st, \u00e9s 2019 j\u00falius\u00e1ban kellett volna v\u00e9get \u00e9rni\u00fck. Minden szakasz v\u00e9g\u00e9n teljes kiterjed\u00e9s\u0171 h\u00e1l\u00f3zati hozz\u00e1f\u00e9rhet\u0151s\u00e9gi \u00e9s rendszerteljes\u00edtm\u00e9ny tesztel\u00e9st kellett v\u00e9gezni.<\/p>\n<p>A legnehezebb szakasz, ahol 'valami nem mehetett volna j\u00f3l', a migr\u00e1ci\u00f3 volt. Eredetileg azt tervezt\u00fck, hogy a virtu\u00e1lis g\u00e9pek teljes \u00e1thelyez\u00e9s\u00e9vel hajtjuk v\u00e9gre a migr\u00e1ci\u00f3t. As a result, the virtual machines were successfully transferred, but it took longer than planned.\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nThe second point we did not foresee was the restrictions on transferring the database cluster (Failover Cluster MS SQLServer). As a result, we had to switch the cluster to work with a single node and leave it outside the protected zone.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Notably, for reasons still unclear, the application cluster fell apart during the transfer of the virtual machines and had to be rebuilt.<\/p>\n<p>As a result of the first attempt, we ended up with an unsatisfactory system state and had to start over with planning and exploring options.<br \/>\n\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2>Attempt No. 2<\/h2>\n<p>\nAfter analyzing the errors, the team realized that it would be better to duplicate the infrastructure in the protected zone and only copy the data files. It was decided not to ask the client for additional payment for the extra server capacity that had to be deployed to complete the migration.<\/p>\n<p>As a result, when the clusters in the protected zone were fully duplicated, the migration went smoothly.<\/p>\n<p>Next, it was necessary to separate the networks of the protected and unprotected zones. This involved a few minor disruptions. The system testing phase in the protected zone without any protection was successfully launched.
