Két szabály van: ige és elkerülni a hivatalos nyelvezetet.

Az ige egy cselekvést fejez ki. Az ige dinamikussá, érdekessé, élettel telivé teszi a szöveget. Más szóposztály nem tud ilyen hatékonyan.

Az egyszerű szabály: ahol lehet, cserélje le az igéből képzett főneveket igékre. Vagy normális főnevekre, amelyeknek nincs az ige-szinonimája.

Most beszéljünk a hivatalos nyelvezetről.

Például: Irina, aki megoldja a feladatot. Már kissé undorítóan hangzik, de ha akarja, teljesen olvashatatlanná teheti.

Irina, who is solving a problem, resembles a small child who knows nothing, believing that he knows something about this life that has unexpectedly landed on his head (he's already confused himself...), sincerely convinced that the computer, rightfully belonging to him, will always bear and endure, silently, without ever grinning, like a dog smelling of yesterday's rain (damn, what was I trying to say with this sentence...).

On the one hand, one could dive deep and grapple with these rules and write long sentences like Leo Tolstoy, causing schoolchildren to struggle.

But there is a simple solution that will prevent you from ruining a sentence. Keep your sentences short. Not 'It was evening.', of course—one or two-line sentences should suffice, no more. By following this rule, you won't get lost.

Yes, and it's better to keep paragraphs small. In today's world, so-called 'clip thinking' is present—people cannot digest large chunks of information. Like with a child, you need to cut the cutlet into small pieces so he can eat them by himself with his fork. If you don't cut it, you'll have to sit next to him and feed him.

And then it's simple. Next time you write a text, read it again before sending, and look for: gerund nouns, participial phrases, sentences longer than one line, and paragraphs thicker than five lines. And revise them.
