Az esetek 20%-\u00e1ban a felhaszn\u00e1l\u00f3k nem tudtak \u00e1thaladni a meger\u0151s\u00edt\u00e9sen, \u00e9s nem kaptak hozz\u00e1f\u00e9r\u00e9st mentett jelszavaikhoz.
