In response to the altered release strategy of OTRS AG and delays in launching new versions of the OTRS Community Edition, Rother OSS began developing the OTOBO (Open Ticket Ours Based OTRS) ticketing system based on OTRS version 6. The business concept of OTOBO is to support business users, provide consulting, and offer training.
