OpenBSD 7.6

Quiet autumn evening saw the release of OpenBSD 7.6. As always, there are many changes.

The main ones include:

initial support for the Qualcomm Snapdragon X1 Elite system on a chip (SOC);
additional mitigations for the Spectre-V4 vulnerability for the ARM64 architecture;
implementation of AVX-512 instruction set support for the AMD64 architecture;
mitigation of the Register File Data Sampling (RFDS) vulnerability on Intel Atom processors;
beginning of work on S0 sleep mode support for AMD64 systems;
numerous changes in SMP operation;
synchronization of the DRM driver with Linux 6.6.52 and support for Intel Meteor Lake graphics;
support for AMD SEV technology in virtual machines (vmm);
libva imported for VA-API support in video acceleration;
numerous changes in the network stack;
and, of course, many ports have been updated.
