Google ha rilasciato l'aggiornamento Chrome OS 91.0.4472.165, nel quale si \u00e8 verificato un errore che ha impedito l'accesso al sistema dopo il riavvio. Alcuni utenti hanno riscontrato un ciclo di caricamento infinito, in cui la schermata di accesso non appariva; se appariva, non consentiva di accedere con il proprio account. \u00c8 stato immediatamente rilasciato un aggiornamento corretto, Chrome OS 91.0.4472.167, per risolvere il problema. <\/p>\n

Si consiglia agli utenti che hanno gi\u00e0 installato il primo aggiornamento ma non hanno ancora riavviato il dispositivo (l'aggiornamento si attiva dopo il riavvio) di aggiornare urgentemente il proprio sistema alla versione 91.0.4472.167. Nel caso in cui l'aggiornamento problematico sia gi\u00e0 installato e l'accesso sia bloccato, si raccomanda di lasciare il dispositivo acceso per un po' e attendere che venga automaticamente scaricato il nuovo aggiornamento. Come opzione alternativa, si pu\u00f2 provare a forzare l'aggiornamento tramite l'accesso ospite. <\/p>\n

Per gli utenti il cui sistema si blocca prima di arrivare alla schermata di accesso e l'installazione automatica del nuovo aggiornamento non funziona, si consiglia di premere la combinazione Ctrl + Alt + Shift + R due volte e di utilizzare la modalit\u00e0 ripristino delle impostazioni di fabbrica (Powerwash) o la funzione di ripristino del sistema alla versione precedente tramite USB (Revert); tuttavia, in entrambe le modalit\u00e0 i dati locali dell'utente vengono eliminati. Se il ripristino Powerwash non riesce, sar\u00e0 necessario mettere il dispositivo in modalit\u00e0 sviluppatore eseguendo un ripristino alle impostazioni di fabbrica. <\/p>\n
