\u00c8 stato pubblicato il rilascio della distribuzione specializzata Tails 4.22 (The Amnesic Incognito Live System), basata su un sistema di pacchetti Debian e progettata per garantire una navigazione anonima in rete. L'uscita anonima in Tails \u00e8 assicurata dal sistema Tor. Tutte le connessioni, ad eccezione del traffico attraverso la rete Tor, vengono bloccate per impostazione predefinita dal filtro dei pacchetti. Per il salvataggio dei dati dell'utente in modalit\u00e0 persistente tra i riavvii, viene utilizzata la crittografia. \u00c8 stato preparato un'immagine ISO con dimensioni di 1,1 GB, in grado di funzionare in modalit\u00e0 Live. <\/p>\n

Nella nuova versione sono state apportate modifiche al master di connessione a Tor (Tor Connection), che consente di connettersi da reti censurate attraverso gateway di bridge per bypassare il blocco. Nella nuova versione \u00e8 stata aggiunta la possibilit\u00e0 di salvare nello storage permanente il bridge selezionato, e anche la regolazione manuale del tempo in caso di errore di connessione a Tor attraverso bridge che utilizzano obfs4. Aggiunto un pulsante per tentare nuovamente la connessione a Tor sulle pagine visualizzate in caso di errore.

In Tails 4.22, new versions of Tor Browser 10.5.6, Thunderbird 78.13, and firmware for AMD GPUs (20210818) are also offered.
