Gli utenti di diverse distribuzioni Linux che utilizzano il pianificatore di I\/O BFQ, dopo l'aggiornamento del kernel Linux alla versione 5.14.7, hanno riscontrato un problema che provoca il crash del kernel entro poche ore dall'avvio. Il problema si manifesta anche nel kernel 5.14.8. La causa \u00e8 un cambiamento regressivo nel pianificatore di I\/O BFQ (Budget Fair Queueing) proveniente dal ramo di test 5.15, che \u00e8 stato risolto finora solo tramite una patch. <\/p>\n

Come soluzione alternativa al problema, \u00e8 possibile sostituire il pianificatore con mq-deadline. Ad esempio, per il dispositivo nvme0n1: echo mq-deadline > \/sys\/block\/nvme0n1\/queue\/scheduler
