Il progetto openSUSE ha annunciato l'intenzione di creare ulteriori raccolte intermedie respin, oltre alle versioni pubblicate annualmente durante il rilascio previsto. Le raccolte respin includeranno tutti gli aggiornamenti dei pacchetti accumulati per l'attuale versione di openSUSE Leap, riducendo cos\u00ec il volume dei dati da scaricare per portare un nuovo sistema operativo allo stato attuale. <\/p>\n

Le immagini ISO con ricostruzioni intermedie della distribuzione saranno pubblicate trimestralmente o secondo necessit\u00e0. Per il rilascio delle ricostruzioni di openSUSE Leap 15.3, le numerazioni delle ricostruzioni saranno «15.3-X». Dopo il rilascio di una nuova ricostruzione, l'assemblaggio precedente verr\u00e0 rimosso dal sito get.opensuse.org.
