\u00c8 iniziato il testing della versione alpha della distribuzione openSUSE Leap 15.4, basata su un set di pacchetti di base condiviso con la distribuzione SUSE Linux Enterprise 15 SP 4 einclude anche alcune applicazioni utente dal repository openSUSE Tumbleweed. \u00c8 disponibile per il download un'immagine DVD universale, di dimensioni 3.9 GB (x86_64, aarch64, ppc64les, 390x). <\/p>\n

Fino a met\u00e0 febbraio \u00e8 previsto il rilascio regolare di build alpha con aggiornamenti dei pacchetti rolling. Il 16 febbraio il trasferimento delle nuove versioni verr\u00e0 interrotto e la distribuzione passer\u00e0 alla fase di beta testing utilizzando un modello di mantenimento del repository simile ai rilasci. Il rilascio di openSUSE Leap 15.4 \u00e8 previsto per l'8 giugno 2022. Il supporto per il ramo openSUSE Leap 15.3 sar\u00e0 fornito per 6 mesi dopo il rilascio della 15.4.
