In seguito a massicci protesti in Kazakhstan, alle 17:30 (MSK) \u00e8 stata registrata un'interruzione simultanea del traffico da tutti gli operatori di rete fissa e mobile. A partire da ieri, si sono riscontrati problemi sporadici di accesso, e oggi il blocco si \u00e8 esteso a tutti i sistemi autonomi (ASN) monitorati dall'azienda Cloudflare, di propriet\u00e0 di fornitori kazakhi.

I problemi di ieri hanno colpito principalmente gli utenti degli operatori mobili, come Tele2 e Kcell, ma, a giudicare dalla diminuzione del traffico, anzich\u00e9 un vero e proprio blocco si sono tentate riduzioni della capacit\u00e0 di banda. Il blocco di oggi \u00e8 associato a una completa perdita di connettivit\u00e0 per le reti, sia mobili che fisse. Oltre alla sospensione dello scambio di dati tra gli utenti, circa allo stesso tempo dell'inizio del blocco, operatori esterni hanno registrato l'arrivo di annunci BGP con informazioni sulla cessazione del routing nelle reti degli operatori kazakhi.
