\u00c8 disponibile il rilascio di SystemRescue 9.0.0, una distribuzione Live specializzata basata su Arch Linux, progettata per il ripristino del sistema dopo un guasto. Come ambiente grafico viene utilizzato Xfce. La dimensione dell'immagine ISO \u00e8 di 771 MB (amd64, i686). <\/p>\n

Tra le novit\u00e0 della nuova versione spicca la traduzione dello script di inizializzazione del sistema da Bash a Python e l'implementazione del supporto iniziale per la configurazione dei parametri di sistema e l'avvio automatico (autorun) tramite file in formato YAML. Nella composizione principale sono inclusi i pacchetti aq, libisoburn, patch, python-llfuse, python-yaml e rdiff-backup, oltre a una raccolta di documentazione dal sito. Il kernel Linux \u00e8 stato aggiornato alla versione 5.15, che include un nuovo driver NTFS con supporto per operazioni di scrittura. <\/p>\n

\u00c8 stato implementato uno script sysrescue-customize per creare versioni personalizzate delle immagini ISO di SystemRescue. Il pacchetto completo di Mesa \u00e8 stato sostituito con una versione ridotta, consentendo di risparmiare 52 MB di spazio su disco. A causa di problemi di stabilit\u00e0, \u00e8 stato rimosso il driver xf86-video-qxl. \u00c8 stato ripristinato il pacchetto inetutils (telnet, ftp, hostname), precedentemente escluso dalla composizione di base per errore. <\/p>\n
