GNU Octave pu\u00f2 essere utilizzato per risolvere problemi lineari, equazioni non lineari e differenziali, calcoli con numeri complessi e matrici, visualizzazione dei dati, esecuzione di esperimenti matematici.     <\/p>\n<p>Tra le novit\u00e0 del nuovo rilascio:  <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"l\"> Continua il lavoro per migliorare la compatibilit\u00e0 con Matlab, ampliando le capacit\u00e0 di molte funzioni esistenti.\n<li class=\"l\"> Aggiunte funzioni per lavorare con JSON (jsondecode, jsonencode) e Jupyter Notebook (jupyter_notebook).\n<li class=\"l\"> Aggiunte nuove funzioni: cospi, getpixelposition, endsWith, fill3, listfonts, matlab.net.base64decode, matlab.net.base64encode, memory, ordqz, rng, sinpi, startsWith, streamribbon, turbo, uniquetol, xtickangle, ytickangle, ztickangle.\n<li class=\"l\"> \u00c8 stata fornita la possibilit\u00e0 di chiamare molte funzioni di Octave sia in forma di comandi (senza parentesi e valori restituiti) sia in forma di funzioni (con parentesi e il simbolo \u00ab=\u00bb per assegnare i valori restituiti).
