\u00c8 stata individuata una vulnerabilit\u00e0 nell'utilit\u00e0 unrar (CVE-2022-30333) che consente di sovrascrivere file al di fuori della directory corrente durante l'estrazione di un archivio appositamente formato, nei limiti delle autorizzazioni dell'utente. Il problema \u00e8 stato risolto nelle versioni RAR 6.12 e unrar 6.1.7. La vulnerabilit\u00e0 si manifesta nelle versioni per Linux, FreeBSD e macOS, ma non interessa le versioni per Android e Windows. <\/p>\n

Il problema \u00e8 causato dalla mancanza di un adeguato controllo della sequenza \"..\/\" nei percorsi dei file specificati nell'archivio, consentendo durante l'estrazione di uscire dai limiti della directory base. Ad esempio, inserendo nell'archivio \"..\/.ssh\/authorized_keys\", un attaccante potrebbe tentare di sovrascrivere il file dell'utente \"~\/.ssh\/authorized_keys\" al momento dell'estrazione.
