Lo sviluppo dello strumento \u00e8 stato facilitato dal fatto che la funzionalit\u00e0 necessaria in Firefox \u00e8 realizzata in codice ECMAScript ed \u00e8 inclusa in qualsiasi versione di Firefox, ma viene attivata durante l'esecuzione del codice a seconda dei valori costanti impostati. Le costanti ('MOZ_DEV_EDITION', 'MOZ_REQUIRE_SIGNING') sono definite in un file ('modules\/addons\/AddonSettings.jsm'), che si trova nell'archivio zip '\/usr\/lib\/firefox\/omni.ja'. <\/p>\n

L'utility proposta analizza il file necessario utilizzando esprima-python, patcha l'AST e serializza con jscodegen.py.
