Gli sviluppatori della distribuzione Lubuntu hanno annunciato la pubblicazione del PPA-repository Lubuntu Backports, che offre pacchetti da installare in Lubuntu\/Ubuntu 22.04 della versione attuale dell'ambiente desktop LXQt 1.1. Nelle versioni originali di Lubuntu 22.04 viene fornito il ramo obsoleto LXQt 0.17, pubblicato ad aprile 2021. <\/p>\n

Il repository Lubuntu Backports \u00e8 attualmente in fase di beta testing ed \u00e8 stato creato in modo analogo al repository con le versioni pi\u00f9 recenti del desktop KDE, accompagnato dagli sviluppatori di Kubuntu e KDE Neon.
