Beyond Linux From Scratch integra le istruzioni LFS con informazioni sulla compilazione e configurazione di oltre 1000 pacchetti software, che coprono vari ambiti di applicazione, dai database e sistemi server, fino agli ambienti grafici.    <\/p>\n<p>In Linux From Scratch 12.1 sono stati aggiornati 43 pacchetti, tra cui Glibc 2.39, kernel Linux 6.7.4, Grub 2.12, Systemd 255, SysVinit 3.08, Coreutils 9.4, binutils 2.42, Openssl 3.2.1, Python 3.12 e altri.     <\/p>\n<p>\u00c8 stata pubblicata la traduzione delle guide Linux From Scratch 12.1-SysV e Linux From Scratch 12.1-systemd in lingua russa, dove desideriamo sottolineare le seguenti modifiche:  <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"l\"> Corretta la numerazione delle pagine nel pdf.\n<li class=\"l\"> Aggiunta la versione multilib della traduzione (il libro verr\u00e0 caricato non appena sar\u00e0 rilasciata la versione originale multilib).\n<li class=\"l\"> Corrette numerose anomalie, apportate ampie modifiche al testo per migliorarne la leggibilit\u00e0.\n<li class=\"l\"> \u00c8 stato attivato il repository di pacchetti LFS.  <\/ul>\n<p>In Beyond Linux From Scratch 12.1 sono contenuti 1685 aggiornamenti, tra cui GNOME 45, Xfce 4.18.2, KDE Plasma 5.27.10, LibreOffice 24.2.0.3, Thunderbird 115.8.0, Firefox 115.8.0, SeaMonkey 2.53.18, GIMP 2.10.36, Mesa 24.0.1, MariaDB 10.11.7, PostgreSQL 16.2, SQLite 3.45.1, Samba 4.19.5, Postfix 3.8.5, Exim 4.97.1, BIND 9.18.24, Apache httpd 2.4.58 e molti altri. Le novit\u00e0 in questa versione includono Qt6, sysmon-qt, xdg-desktop-portal, simple-scan, snapshot, Wireplumber, power-profiles-daemon e diversi pacchetti ausiliari.
