Il linguaggio utilizza tipizzazione statica, raccolta dei rifiuti, tipi che evitano il buffer overflow, verifica e analisi statica durante la compilazione. Il codice sorgente per il linguaggio OCaml \u00e8 distribuito con licenza LGPL.      <\/p>\n<p>Modifiche nella nuova versione:  <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"l\"> Nell'ambiente di esecuzione:\n<ul>\n<li class=\"l\"> Aggiunti prototipi alle definizioni e dichiarazioni in stile funzioni-C.\n<li class=\"l\"> Sono stati utilizzati prototipi rigorosi per i primitivi.\n<li class=\"l\"> Per macOS, l'uso di &#171;-flat-namespace&#187; \u00e8 stato interrotto.\n<li class=\"l\"> \u00c8 stata garantita la verifica che Bool_val(v) abbia tipo bool in C++;  <\/ul>\n<li class=\"l\"> Nel sistema di build:\n<ul>\n<li class=\"l\">  Consentito l'uso di percorsi con spazi come obiettivi di installazione.\n<li class=\"l\">  Per OpenBSD &gt;= 7.3, la flag &#171;-no-execute-only&#187; \u00e8 stata attivata in fase di collegamento.\n<li class=\"l\"> \u00c8 consentito ai segmenti di codice di rimanere leggibili. Questo \u00e8 necessario per il marshalling di chiusure.\n<li class=\"l\"> Disabilitata l'integrazione del flusso di controllo per OpenBSD &gt;= 7.4 per risolvere errori relativi a istruzioni non valide su alcune CPU.  <\/ul>\n<li class=\"l\"> Errori corretti:\n<ul>\n<li class=\"l\"> Durante il calcolo dei messaggi di errore ad alto livello per applicazioni di funzioni e inclusioni, non vengono aggiunte uguaglianze inconsistenti.\n<li class=\"l\"> Correzione della gestione errata dell'injectivit\u00e0 per tipi ricorsivi privati.\n<li class=\"l\"> Correzione dell'eccezione non gestita Ctype.Escape in alcuni programmi errati che generano tipi ricorsivi.\n<li class=\"l\"> Correzione di compact_allocate per gestire casi patologici che portano a una compressione molto lenta.\n<li class=\"l\"> Attivazione automatica dell'emulazione fma per Visual Studio 2019+, consentendo la configurazione con CPU pre-Haswell\/pre-Piledriver o l'esecuzione in VirtualBox. Ripristinato il parit\u00e0 con altri porting di Windows, ora non \u00e8 pi\u00f9 necessaria l'indicazione esplicita dell'opzione &#171;&#8212;enable-imprecise-c99-float-ops&#187;.\n<li class=\"l\"> Correzione in caml_unregister_frametable.\n<li class=\"l\"> Reinizializzazione pi\u00f9 ragionevole dei mutex I\/O dopo fork().\n<li class=\"l\"> Correzione della dimensione della tabella dei frame che compromette la retrocompatibilit\u00e0 nei sistemi amd64 BSD (OpenBSD, FreeBSD, NetBSD).\n<li class=\"l\"> Correzione del fix-modulo-cons per la compilazione delle espressioni &#171;try-with&#187;, &#171;&#038;&#038;&#187; e &#171;||&#187;.\n<li class=\"l\"> Compilazione esplicita di file eseguibili non-PIE su architetture x86 a 32 bit.\n<li class=\"l\"> Risolta la
