\u00c8 stato presentato il rilascio del progetto SKUDONET 7.1, che sviluppa una distribuzione specializzata basata su Debian GNU\/Linux, ottimizzata per il dispiegamento di bilanciatori di carico e proxy inversi, oltre a creare infrastrutture per l'erogazione delle applicazioni. Sono supportati sia i bilanciatori per HTTP\/HTTPS che l'implementazione di servizi per la distribuzione di qualsiasi traffico TCP e UDP tra nodi. La gestione e il monitoraggio del sistema avvengono tramite un'interfaccia web. La dimensione dell'immagine ISO avviabile \u00e8 di 844 MB. Oltre alla build pronta, \u00e8 disponibile un repository di pacchetti che pu\u00f2 essere utilizzato per creare un ambiente SKUDONET su sistemi gi\u00e0 installati con Debian.<\/p>\n

Il rilascio \u00e8 basato su Debian 12 e viene fornito con il kernel Linux 6.1.90. Tra le modifiche rispetto alla versione precedente si notano l'ampliamento del supporto hardware e l'impiego delle nuove funzionalit\u00e0 introdotte nel kernel 6.1, relative a stack di rete, virtualizzazione, gestione della memoria, sicurezza e gestione del consumo energetico (nella versione precedente, SKUDONET Community Edition utilizzava il kernel 4.19). \u00c8 stata aggiunta la supporto per la definizione indirizzi IP<\/a> nel bilanciatore tramite DHCP. \u00c8 stata fornita la possibilit\u00e0 di specificare nomi di dominio<\/a> invece degli indirizzi IP durante la configurazione dei backend nel bilanciatore. <\/p>\n
