Il flagship della linea, Ryzen 9 8945HS, pu\u00f2 offrire solo frequenze di clock superiori di 100\u2013200 MHz rispetto ai componenti principali. I chip Hawk Point, su cui si basa la linea mobile Ryzen 8000, sono una versione aggiornata del silicio Phoenix (ovvero Ryzen 7000). Questi processori sono realizzati secondo il processo tecnologico TSMC N4 come un monolitico. Inoltre, a differenza delle soluzioni concorrenti di Intel e Apple, solo i modelli pi\u00f9 piccoli di Hawk Point utilizzano un'organizzazione asimmetrica dei core. Sollevare il coperchio con una mano, senza tenere il topcase, \u00e8 ancora impossibile. La tastiera con tastierino numerico ha una corsa dei tasti di 1,5 mm, garantendo un feedback chiaro e un rapido ripristino alla posizione neutra. La retroilluminazione dei simboli \u00e8 di colore bianco, con due gradazioni di luminosit\u00e0. Nel pulsante di accensione \u00e8 integrato un lettore di impronte digitali. La tastiera del MagicBook X16 Plus presenta per\u00f2 un evidente difetto, tipico della maggior parte dei laptop da lavoro, salvo rare (e costose) eccezioni: la sua base si deforma visibilmente. Fortunatamente, la tastiera non batte durante la digitazione e funziona in modo silenzioso.<\/p>\n<p>Il touchpad del MagicBook X16 Plus \u00e8 grande e rivestito di vetro liscio, ma di nuovo soffre dello stesso problema presente nel MagicBook X 16 Pro 2024. Quando \u00e8 attivata la modalit\u00e0 ad alte prestazioni, il consumo energetico sostenuto del chip raggiunge i 45 W, i core CPU mantengono un'elevata frequenza di clock di 4,1 GHz sotto carico multithreading prolungato, mentre la frequenza della grafica integrata Radeon 780M \u00e8 di 2,7 GHz. In condizioni di massima carico combinato di CPU e GPU, le loro frequenze medie si aggirano intorno ai 3,7 e 2 GHz rispettivamente.<\/p>\n<p>D'altra parte, la modalit\u00e0 \"intelligente\" riduce la potenza dedicata al processore a 35 W. La frequenza media dei core x86 oscilla intorno ai 3,8 GHz, mentre la GPU integrata continua a funzionare a 2,7 GHz. Sotto carico combinato, i core x86 e la grafica Radeon 780M operano a frequenze di 3,4 e 1,7 GHz rispettivamente.<\/p>\n<p>Sfortunatamente, il MagicBook X16 Plus non dispone di un alimentatore da 65 watt per fornire la massima potenza sostenibile al chip Ryzen 7 8845HS, pertanto durante un uso prolungato il laptop inizia a consumare la carica della batteria. Inoltre, abbiamo notato che a volte, durante test prolungati, la potenza sostenuta del chip scende a 22\u201325 W, anche se nessun sensore SoC indica un surriscaldamento, mentre altre volte il laptop supera qualsiasi prova senza inconvenienti.
