La scheda \u00e8 prodotta nell'impianto Sony e \u00e8 disponibile al prezzo di 5 dollari. Come i modelli precedenti, il nuovo modello \u00e8 principalmente orientato a essere utilizzato insieme ai computer Raspberry Pi, per lo sviluppo di sistemi embedded e sistemi di controllo per vari dispositivi. Entro la fine dell'anno \u00e8 previsto il lancio aggiuntivo del modello Pico 2 W con supporto per Bluetooth e Wi-Fi (2,4 GHz 802.11n), realizzato sulla base del chip Infineon CYW43439.     <\/p>\n<p>La scheda Pico 2 si distingue per l'utilizzo del nuovo microcontrollore RP2350, che rispetto al microcontrollore RP2040 utilizzato nei modelli precedenti, include un processore ARM Cortex-M33 a doppio core pi\u00f9 potente, con DSP e un'unit\u00e0 per calcoli in virgola mobile, funzionante a una frequenza di 150 MHz (in precedenza era utilizzato l'ARM Cortex-M0+ a 133 MHz). Inoltre, comprende due core opzionali Hazard3 con architettura a set di istruzioni RISC-V, sui quali \u00e8 possibile commutare durante l'avvio per l'uso al posto dei core ARM Cortex-M33.     <\/p>\n<p>Il chip \u00e8 dotato di 520 KB di memoria RAM integrata (rispetto ai 264 KB precedenti), permette di collegare moduli di memoria esterni QSPI PSRAM e offre ampie possibilit\u00e0 per garantire la sicurezza. La scheda Pico 2 \u00e8 fornita con 4MB di memoria QSPI Flash, il doppio rispetto al modello precedente. Inoltre, la scheda \u00e8 completamente compatibile con i modelli precedenti a livello di interfacce hardware e software utilizzati per lo sviluppo delle applicazioni.    <center><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\u00c8 stata presentata la scheda Raspberry Pi Pico 2\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/7a45530912bff76b8a086a4755e226f2.jpg\" style=\"display:block;margin: 0 auto;\" \/><\/center>    <\/p>\n<p>Il chip RP2350 contiene mezzi hardware integrati per la protezione dagli attacchi di Fault Injection e supporta la tecnologia Arm TrustZone, che pu\u00f2 essere utilizzata per la verifica dell'avvio tramite firma digitale, fornisce istruzioni per accelerare il calcolo degli hash SHA-256 e la generazione affidabile di numeri casuali (TRNG, True Random Number Generator). Inoltre, viene fornita una memoria OTP da 8 KB, che consente di registrare dati che non possono essere successivamente modificati o eliminati.     <\/p>\n<p>Per la creazione di applicazioni possono essere utilizzati i linguaggi C, C++, MicroPython o CircuitPython. Lo sviluppo in C\/C++ pu\u00f2 avvenire nell'editor Visual Studio Code per il quale \u00e8 disponibile un'apposita estensione. Le capacit\u00e0 del chip sono sufficienti per eseguire applicazioni per la risoluzione di problemi di machine learning, per le quali \u00e8 disponibile un porting del framework TensorFlow Lite. Tra i prodotti in fase di sviluppo ci sono: schermi gen4-RP2530, la scheda compatibile con Arduino Adafruit Feather RP2350, le schede di sviluppo Bus Pirate 5XL e Bus Pirate 6, il controller
