Insieme, si propone di stimolare l'innovazione nello sviluppo di modelli di IA aperti.<\/p>\n<p>OMI \u00e8 stata creata da tre organizzazioni specializzate in IA: Invoke, Comfy Org e Civitai. L'iniziativa si concentra sullo sviluppo e sulla diffusione di modelli IA per la generazione di immagini, video e audio disponibili con licenze aperte.<\/p>\n<p>La gestione del progetto sar\u00e0 effettuata da un comitato composto da membri della comunit\u00e0. Tutti i modelli rilasciati nell'ambito di OMI avranno licenze che rimarranno inalterate, non includeranno condizioni di rimozione dei contenuti e non richiederanno un pagamento obbligatorio per l'accesso.<\/p>\n<p>Gli obiettivi principali di questo programma sono:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>creare una struttura di governance e gruppi di lavoro per sostenere la collaborazione della comunit\u00e0;<\/li>\n<li>condurre sondaggi tra i membri della comunit\u00e0 per comprendere le loro richieste e aspettative in materia di ricerca e formazione di futuri modelli;<\/li>\n<li>sviluppare modelli IA competitivi ed etici con licenze aperte;<\/li>\n<li>stabilire standard per garantire la compatibilit\u00e0 dei modelli e un approccio unificato ai metadati;<\/li>\n<li>utilizzare set di dati trasparenti per l'addestramento e creare sistemi di annotazione automatica dei dati;<\/li>\n<li>lanciare una versione alpha del modello per testare la sicurezza (Red Teaming);<\/li>\n<li>pubblicare la versione alpha del modello e gli scenari di configurazione entro la fine del 2024.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> <noindex><noindex><\/p>\n<p>Attualmente OMI non ha un sito ufficiale, ma si possono trovare informazioni su di essa nel <a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/github.com\/Open-Model-Initiative\">pagina del progetto su GitHub<\/a> o a <a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/discord.com\/invite\/KGpkjAPpTf\">server Discord.<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><\/noindex><\/noindex> <\/p>\n<p>Durante l'annuncio, il CEO della Linux Foundation, Jim Zemlin, ha dichiarato:<\/p>\n<p>&laquo;La Linux Foundation \u00e8 profondamente impegnata nell'idea dello sviluppo aperto e collaborativo dell'IA.
