Ad esempio, la partizione \/var\/log \u00e8 montata utilizzando zram e memorizzata in RAM in forma compressa, con scarico dei dati su disco una volta al giorno o al termine dell'operazione. La partizione \/tmp \u00e8 montata attraverso tmpfs.     <\/p>\n<p> Il progetto supporta oltre 30 varianti di build del kernel Linux per diverse piattaforme ARM e ARM64. Per semplificare la creazione di immagini di sistema, pacchetti e edizioni della distribuzione, \u00e8 fornito un SDK. Per la gestione della memoria swap viene utilizzato ZSWAP. Al momento della connessione SSH, viene offerta l'opzione per utilizzare l'autenticazione a due fattori. Include un emulatore box64 che consente di eseguire programmi compilati per processori basati su architettura x86. Sono disponibili pacchetti pronti per eseguire ambienti utente basati su KDE, GNOME, Budgie, Cinnamon, i3wm, Mate, Xfce e Xmonad.    <\/p>\n<p>Principali modifiche in Armbian 24.8:  <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"l\"> Aggiunta supporto per le schede Libre Alta e Solitude, Radxa E25, Rock 5C e RISCV64 BananaPi F3.\n<li class=\"l\"> Nelle build basate su Debian \u00e8 stato implementato il supporto per l'accelerazione 3D.\n<li class=\"l\"> Aggiornato il bootloader per i dispositivi basati sul chip Rockchip RK3588, risolvendo problemi di stabilit\u00e0.\n<li class=\"l\"> Nelle build con GNOME e KDE \u00e8 stato implementato il supporto per l'accelerazione hardware per la decodifica video con qualit\u00e0 4K60p.\n<li class=\"l\"> Il kernel Linux \u00e8 stato aggiornato alla versione 6.10.\n<li class=\"l\"> Supporto completo per la scheda BigTreeTech CB1.\n<li class=\"l\"> Offerti build con desktop GNOME, Xfce, Cinnamon e KDE (dal repository KDE Neon).\n<li class=\"l\"> Implementazione del filesystem ZFS aggiornata alla versione 2.2.5.\n<li class=\"l\"> Supporto LTS garantito per i dispositivi Odroid C1, NanoPi NEO, BPi M1, ClearFog, Helios64 e TinkerBoard.\n<li class=\"l\"> Migliorata la compatibilit\u00e0 e le prestazioni sui dispositivi ThinkPad X13s.\n<li class=\"l\"> Aggiunta la supporto per la versione beta di Ubuntu 24.10 nel toolkit di build.  <\/ul>\n<p>Da segnalare anche il rilascio della distribuzione specializzata DietPi 9.7, destinata all'utilizzo su PC a scheda singola basati sulle architetture ARM e RISC-V, come Raspberry Pi, Orange Pi, NanoPi, BananaPi, BeagleBone Black, Rock64, Rock Pi, Quartz64, Pine64, Asus Tinker, Odroid e VisionFive 2. La distribuzione \u00e8 costruita su una base di pacchetti Debian ed \u00e8 disponibile in versioni per pi\u00f9 di 50 schede. DietPi pu\u00f2 anche essere utilizzato per creare ambienti compact per <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/prohoster.info\/it\/vps\/\"   title=\"di macchine virtuali\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"2171\">di macchine virtuali<\/a> e PC standard basati sull'architettura x86_64. Le builds per le schede si distinguono per la loro compattezza (in media 130 MB) e occupano meno spazio di archiviazione rispetto a Raspberry Pi OS e Armbian. Il toolkit per la creazione e la gestione della distribuzione \u00e8 distribuito sotto licenza GPLv2.    <\/p>\n<p>Il progetto \u00e8 ottimizzato per un consumo minimo di risorse e sviluppa diverse utilit\u00e0 proprie: un'interfaccia per l'installazione delle applicazioni DietPi-Software, il configuratore DietPi-Config, il sistema di backup DietPi-Backup, il meccanismo di registrazione temporanea DietPi-Ramlog (supporto per rsyslog incluso), l'interfaccia per la gestione delle priorit\u00e0 dei processi DietPi-Services e il sistema di aggiornamento DietPi-Update.
