Il prezzo della scheda va da 45 a 135 dollari, a seconda della capacit\u00e0 di memoria e della disponibilit\u00e0 del supporto Wi-Fi.       <\/p>\n<p>La scheda \u00e8 dotata di SoC BCM2712, che viene utilizzato anche nel Raspberry Pi 5, e include quattro core ARMv8 Cortex-A76 a 64 bit che operano a una frequenza di 2,4 GHz, insieme a un acceleratore grafico VideoCore VII. Presenta due uscite video HDMI (4Kp60). L'acceleratore video supporta le API grafiche Vulkan 1.3 e OpenGL ES 3.1 ed \u00e8 in grado di decodificare video H.265 (HEVC) con qualit\u00e0 4Kp60. La scheda dispone di un'interfaccia PCI Express 2.0, due interfacce MIPI DSI a quattro canali per lo schermo (DSI) e per la camera (CSI-2), Gigabit Ethernet, 2 &#215; USB 3.0, GPIO a 30 pin, 6 &#215; UART, 5 &#215; I2C, 5 &#215; UART, 4 &#215; PWM, 5 &#215; SPI e SDIO 2.0.     <\/p>\n<p>La scheda \u00e8 disponibile in varie configurazioni con diverse capacit\u00e0 di RAM (1GB, 2GB, 4GB, 8GB SDRAM) e eMMC Flash (0GB, 16GB, 32GB, 64GB), con supporto o senza supporto per la connettivit\u00e0 wireless (2.4 GHz, 5.0 GHz IEEE 802.11 b\/g\/n\/ac e Bluetooth 5.0, BLE). Si prevede l'arrivo sul mercato del modello con 16 GB di RAM l'anno prossimo. La variante contrassegnata con la lettera 'W' si distingue per il supporto di Bluetooth 5.2 e Wi-Fi (2.4GHz 802.11n), realizzata con il chip Infineon CYW43439. Per il resto, la nuova scheda ha specifiche identiche al modello Pico 2. Il costo del Pico 2 W \u00e8 di $7, che \u00e8 $2 in pi\u00f9 rispetto alla versione senza Wi-Fi. Il chip \u00e8 dotato di 520 KB di RAM integrata, consente di collegare moduli di memoria esterni QSPI PSRAM e offre funzionalit\u00e0 avanzate per garantire la sicurezza. La scheda viene fornita con 4MB di QSPI Flash ed \u00e8 completamente compatibile con i modelli precedenti Pico 1 a livello di interfacce hardware e software utilizzati per lo sviluppo di applicazioni.     <\/p>\n<p>Il microcontrollore \u00e8 dotato di misure di protezione hardware integrate contro gli attacchi di fault injection e supporta la tecnologia Arm TrustZone, che pu\u00f2 essere utilizzata per la verifica dell'avvio tramite firma digitale, fornisce istruzioni per accelerare il calcolo degli hash SHA-256 e la generazione di numeri casuali sicuri (TRNG, True Random Number Generator). Inoltre, offre 8 KB di memoria programmabile una sola volta, permettendo di scrivere dati che poi non possono essere modificati o cancellati.     <\/p>\n<p>Per la creazione di applicazioni per Raspberry Pi Pico 2 possono essere utilizzati i linguaggi C, C++, MicroPython o CircuitPython. Lo sviluppo in C\/C++ pu\u00f2 avvenire nell'editor Visual Studio Code per il quale \u00e8 disponibile un'estensione speciale.
