Red Panda C++ continua l'evoluzione dell'IDE Dev-C++, riscritto da Delphi a C++ utilizzando la libreria Qt. Il codice del progetto \u00e8 distribuito con licenza GPLv3. Inizialmente, l'ambiente di sviluppo Dev-C++ supportava solo la piattaforma Windows, ma in Red Panda C++ \u00e8 stata aggiunta la compatibilit\u00e0 con le piattaforme Linux e macOS.      <\/p>\n<p>Tra le caratteristiche di Red Panda C++, si possono evidenziare completamento automatico del codice, verifica della sintassi durante la modifica, possibilit\u00e0 di ridurre i blocchi di codice, formattazione automatica; un debugger con supporto dello stack delle chiamate e un'interfaccia per visualizzare il contenuto della memoria; utilizzo di temi e schemi di colori; presenza della modalit\u00e0 scura; un'interfaccia per la gestione di liste di attivit\u00e0 (TODO) e segnalibri; funzioni di ricerca e sostituzione flessibili; funzionalit\u00e0 per il refactoring (rinominazione di variabili, classi, metodi e funzioni).      <\/p>\n<p>Tra le modifiche nella nuova versione:  <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"l\"> \u00c8 stato implementato il supporto per letterali di stringa con prefissi LR\/UR\/uR\/u8R.\n<li class=\"l\"> Migliorata l'identificazione delle informazioni sul set di compilatori GCC installati.\n<li class=\"l\"> Migliorate le operazioni di copia ed esportazione in formato HTML, aggiunta la possibilit\u00e0 di specificare i numeri di riga durante l'esportazione.\n<li class=\"l\"> Aggiunta la supporto per copiare contenuti utilizzando la combinazione Ctrl+Drag\/Drop.\n<li class=\"l\"> Nel pannello delle impostazioni \u00e8 stata aggiunta il pulsante &#171;Copy Compiler Set&#187; per copiare la composizione del set di strumenti del compilatore.\n<li class=\"l\"> Nel debugger \u00e8 stata implementata la commutazione automatica del focus sul pannello di tracciamento dello stack in caso di interruzione dell'esecuzione in una posizione non correlata ai file sorgente.\n<li class=\"l\"> Modificate le indentazioni nella finestra di dialogo di ricerca e sostituzione.
