Gli sviluppatori di Debian hanno pubblicato il piano di congelamento del database dei pacchetti per il rilascio di Debian 13 \u00abTrixie\u00bb. Il rilascio di Debian 13 \u00e8 previsto per la seconda met\u00e0 del 2025. <\/p>\n

Il 15 marzo 2025 inizier\u00e0 la prima fase del congelamento del database dei pacchetti, durante la quale sar\u00e0 interrotto l'esecuzione delle \u00abtransitions\u00bb (aggiornamenti dei pacchetti che richiedono aggiustamenti delle dipendenze da altri pacchetti, portando alla rimozione temporanea di pacchetti da Testing), e sar\u00e0 anche fermato l'aggiornamento dei pacchetti necessari per la compilazione (build-essential). <\/p>\n

Il 15 aprile 2025 ci sar\u00e0 un soft freeze della base pacchetti, durante il quale non saranno accettati nuovi pacchetti sorgente e sar\u00e0 chiusa la possibilit\u00e0 di reintegrare pacchetti precedentemente rimossi. <\/p>\n

Il 15 maggio 2025 verr\u00e0 applicato un hard freeze prima del rilascio, durante il quale il processo di trasferimento dei pacchetti chiave e dei pacchetti senza autopkgtests dalla branch unstable a testing sar\u00e0 completamente fermato e inizier\u00e0 la fase di test intensivi e correzione dei problemi di blocco del rilascio. <\/p>\n
