Gli sviluppatori del progetto openSUSE hanno annunciato la transizione della distribuzione openSUSE Tumbleweed, che utilizza un ciclo di aggiornamento continuo delle versioni del software (rolling updates), all'uso del sistema di controllo degli accessi obbligatorio SELinux. A partire dall'aggiornamento 20250211, per le nuove installazioni di openSUSE Tumbleweed, SELinux in modalit\u00e0 'enforcing' sar\u00e0 proposto di default. Le immagini gi\u00e0 pronte delle macchine virtuali openSUSE Tumbleweed minimalVM saranno fornite di default con SELinux. <\/p>\n

Il supporto per AppArmor continuer\u00e0 a essere completo \u2014 nelle configurazioni gi\u00e0 esistenti, AppArmor continuer\u00e0 a essere utilizzato, e nell'installer sar\u00e0 possibile scegliere l'opzione per attivare AppArmor nelle nuove installazioni.
