\u00c8 stato presentato il secondo rilascio del desktop Orbitiny Desktop, sviluppato da zero utilizzando il framework Qt. Il progetto cerca di combinare alcune idee innovative, mai viste prima negli ambienti utente, con elementi tradizionali come la barra degli strumenti, il menu e la disposizione delle icone sul desktop. Il codice \u00e8 scritto in C++ e distribuito sotto licenza GPL. \u00c8 possibile scoprire le caratteristiche di Orbitiny nel testo dell'annuncio precedente. <\/p>\n

Nella nuova versione \u00e8 stato proposto un nuovo configuratore (Pannello di Controllo), che presenta un'interfaccia completamente rinnovata, una barra laterale aggiunta e funzioni di ricerca integrate. \u00c8 iniziata la formazione di pacchetti binari.
