LibrePCB si propone come un pacchetto intuitivo per la rapida progettazione delle schede, che, pur essendo meno funzionale di KiCad, risulta molto pi\u00f9 semplice da utilizzare e tiene conto delle esigenze non solo dei principianti, ma anche dei professionisti. Il software \u00e8 disponibile in versioni per Linux (Flatpak, Snap, AppImage), FreeBSD, macOS e Windows. Il codice del progetto \u00e8 scritto in C++ (interfaccia in Qt) e distribuito con licenza GPLv3.    <\/p>\n<p>Tra le caratteristiche si segnala l'integrazione in un unico pacchetto dell'editor di schemi e degli strumenti di gestione del progetto; un'interfaccia grafica semplice e multipiattaforma basata su Qt; l'applicazione del concetto di 'libreria intelligente' di elementi; l'utilizzo di formati di libreria di elementi e progetti disponibili per l'analisi manuale; la modalit\u00e0 Multi-PCB per lo sviluppo parallelo di diverse varianti di schede basate su uno stesso schema; la sincronizzazione automatica dell'elenco dei collegamenti elettrici (netlist) tra lo schema e il layout della scheda. Il programma \u00e8 dotato di un'interfaccia multilingue che supporta il russo (copertura della traduzione 96%) e l'ucraino (copertura della traduzione 91%), offrendo la possibilit\u00e0 di denominare gli elementi in diverse lingue.     <\/p>\n<p>LibrePCB include un'interfaccia per la gestione dei progetti; un editor di schemi elettronici; un editor di schede a pi\u00f9 strati; un servizio per la generazione dei dati necessari per l'avvio della produzione; un'utilit\u00e0 da riga di comando librepcb-cli per l'automazione di operazioni standard (ad esempio, controlli ed esportazione dei dati); e una libreria di componenti elettronici con navigazione attraverso un elenco catturato ad albero. \u00c8 disponibile un'interfaccia per collegare diverse librerie di elementi esistenti, che possono essere aggiunte sia in forma di archivi che tramite integrazione con i repository. Supporta l'importazione di file DXF e l'esportazione nei formati PDF, SVG e CSV BOM, pick&amp;place X3\/CSV, Gerber\/Excellon e STEP.        <\/p>\n<p>Novit\u00e0 principali:  <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"l\"> \u00c8 stata aggiunta la possibilit\u00e0 di generare un elenco interattivo dei componenti (BOM \u2014 Bill of Materials) e un piano di assemblaggio, comprendente una descrizione sufficiente per la costruzione manuale passo dopo passo della scheda. L'elenco \u00e8 salvato in formato HTML e utilizza gestori, stili e librerie JavaScript sviluppate per il plugin KiCad InteractiveHtmlBom. A differenza delle istruzioni PDF statiche, il formato interattivo consente di eseguire operazioni come ordinamento, filtraggio e ricerca dei componenti.\n<li class=\"l\"> \u00c8 stata garantita la compatibilit\u00e0 con il formato aggiornato delle librerie di componenti proposto in KiCad 9.\n<li class=\"l\"> \u00c8 stata aggiunta la possibilit\u00e0 di utilizzare il linguaggio Rust per lo sviluppo di LibrePCB. Il generatore BOM menzionato sopra \u00e8 scritto in Rust. Si prevede che il supporto per Rust acceleri lo sviluppo e influisca positivamente sulla stabilit\u00e0 del prodotto.
