L'utility consente di visualizzare graficamente il carico, il consumo di memoria e le variazioni della frequenza della GPU, oltre a monitorare i processi che caricano maggiormente la GPU. Sono supportate GPU e acceleratori delle aziende AMD, Intel, NVIDIA, Apple (M1 &amp; M2), Huawei (Ascend), Qualcomm e Broadcom (VideoCore). \u00c8 possibile monitorare pi\u00f9 chip contemporaneamente su un unico schermo.    <\/p>\n<p>Nella nuova versione \u00e8 stata implementata la compatibilit\u00e0 con i driver Intel XE e Broadcom V3D (Raspberry Pi). \u00c8 stato aggiunto il supporto per l'acceleratore AI Google TPU (Tensor Processing Unit). Sono state introdotte le opzioni \u00ab-P\u00bb e \u00ab-s\u00bb per nascondere l'area con l'elenco dei processi e per salvare lo stato in formato JSON.    <center><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Disponibili le utility di monitoraggio nvtop 3.2.0 e htop 3.4.0. Vulnerabilit\u00e0 in atop\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/253b9698d5606933c6e1b3dc7fa7eb36.png\" style=\"display:block;margin: 0 auto;\" \/><\/center>    <\/p>\n<p>\u00c8 stata rilasciata la versione 2.11.1 dell'utilit\u00e0 Atop, progettata per il monitoraggio interattivo delle prestazioni di sistema e per visualizzare l'attivit\u00e0 dei processi. Rispetto all'utilit\u00e0 top, il programma atop offre una maggiore granularit\u00e0 (CPU, GPU, memoria, dischi, rete, thread, contenitori) e la possibilit\u00e0 di esportare periodicamente i rapporti in un file per analisi successive. Il codice \u00e8 scritto in linguaggio C e distribuito con licenza GPLv2.    <\/p>\n<p>Nella nuova versione \u00e8 stata corretta una vulnerabilit\u00e0 (CVE-2025-31160) che consentiva a un utente locale di provocare un overflow del buffer durante l'esecuzione dell'utilit\u00e0 atop da parte di un altro utente. Ad esempio, un utente privo di privilegi potrebbe organizzare un attacco a un amministratore che esegue l'utilit\u00e0 atop. Il problema \u00e8 causato dal fatto che atop supporta opzionalmente la raccolta di statistiche sull'attivit\u00e0 della GPU, che \u00e8 eseguita in un processo separato chiamato atopgpud. L'interazione con questo processo avviene tramite una porta TCP. Durante l'avvio, atop tenta di connettersi a questa porta TCP e carica periodicamente le statistiche attraverso di essa, senza garantire un adeguato controllo della dimensione dei dati trasmessi.    <\/p>\n<p>Il metodo di attacco consiste nel fatto che qualsiasi utente nel sistema pu\u00f2 avviare sul porto di rete atopgpud il proprio gestore, che fornir\u00e0 dati di dimensioni notevolmente maggiori, portando a un overflow del buffer in atop durante il tentativo di analisi delle statistiche. Al momento non \u00e8 stata dimostrata la possibilit\u00e0 di creare un exploit funzionante per l'esecuzione di codice. Nella nuova versione di atop, per impostazione predefinita, la raccolta delle statistiche tramite il porta TCP \u00e8 disabilitata e \u00e8 stata aggiunta l'opzione \u00ab-k\u00bb per attivare il supporto di atopgpud. Sono state anche introdotte ulteriori verifiche nel codice di analisi delle statistiche per prevenire overflow.    <center><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Disponibili le utility di monitoraggio nvtop 3.2.0 e htop 3.4.0. Vulnerabilit\u00e0 in atop\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/4ff0c9574a43cc52165beb93b4441def.png\" style=\"display:block;margin: 0 auto;\" \/><\/center>      <\/p>\n<p>In conclusione, si segnala il rilascio dell'utilit\u00e0 simile a top htop 3.4.0, che si distingue per funzionalit\u00e0 come lo scorrimento verticale e orizzontale libero dell'elenco dei processi, strumenti per valutare le prestazioni del lavoro SMP e l'utilizzo di ciascun core del processore, presenza di una modalit\u00e0 di visualizzazione ad albero, flessibilit\u00e0 nelle opzioni di personalizzazione dell'interfaccia, supporto per la filtrazione dei processi e gestione degli stessi (terminazione, impostazione della priorit\u00e0). Il codice del progetto \u00e8 scritto in C e distribuito sotto licenza GPLv2.    <\/p>\n<p>Nella nuova versione \u00e8 stato aggiunto il monitoraggio dell'attivit\u00e0 GPU in Linux; migliorato il funzionamento sui computer ARM di Apple; risolti problemi con la compilazione per DragonFlyBSD, Darwin, NetBSD, OpenBSD e Solaris; garantito il tracciamento delle attivit\u00e0 di disco e rete in DragonFlyBSD; aggiunte informazioni sui thread e sullo stato dei processi in macOS; ampliato il supporto per Unicode; ristrutturato il codice per la gestione dei sensori di temperatura; migliorata l'efficienza del codice per l'analisi delle statistiche; aggiunto il supporto per l'occultamento dei dati sulla cache e sui buffer.    <center><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Disponibili le utility di monitoraggio nvtop 3.2.0 e htop 3.4.0.
