Sono anche inclusi aggiornamenti attuali per diverse centinaia di pacchetti, volti a risolvere vulnerabilit\u00e0 e problemi che influiscono sulla stabilit\u00e0. Allo stesso tempo, sono stati presentati aggiornamenti simili per Kubuntu 24.04.3 LTS, Ubuntu Budgie 24.04.3 LTS, Ubuntu MATE 24.04.3 LTS, Lubuntu 24.04.3 LTS, Ubuntu Kylin 24.04.3 LTS, Ubuntu Studio 24.04.3 LTS, Xubuntu 24.04.3 LTS, Edubuntu 24.04.3 LTS, Ubuntu Cinnamon 24.04.3 LTS e Ubuntu Unity 24.04.3 LTS.    <\/p>\n<p>Il rilascio comprende alcuni miglioramenti provenienti dal rilascio di Ubuntu 25.04:  <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"l\"> Sono stati proposti pacchetti con il kernel Linux versione 6.14 (kernel base di Ubuntu 24.04 \u2014 6.8).     <\/li>\n<li class=\"l\"> Sono stati aggiornati i componenti del stack grafico, inclusa Mesa 25.0.7, che sono stati testati nel rilascio di Ubuntu 25.04. Sono state aggiunte nuove versioni dei driver video per i chip Intel, AMD e NVIDIA.     <\/li>\n<li class=\"l\"> Sono state aggiornate le versioni di alcuni pacchetti, come libreoffice 24.2.6, netplan 1.1.2, mutter 46.2, nautilus 46.2, snapd 2.63.1.         <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Nelle versioni per desktop (Ubuntu Desktop) il nuovo kernel e il nuovo stack grafico sono offerti di default. Per i sistemi server (Ubuntu Server) il nuovo kernel \u00e8 stato aggiunto come opzione nell'installer. Utilizzare le nuove versioni ha senso solo per nuove installazioni \u2014 i sistemi installati in precedenza possono ricevere tutte le modifiche presenti in Ubuntu 24.04.3 tramite il normale sistema di installazione degli aggiornamenti.        <\/p>\n<p>Ricordiamo che per la distribuzione delle nuove versioni del kernel e del stack grafico viene adottato un modello di supporto rolling, secondo il quale i kernel e i driver backportati saranno supportati solo fino al rilascio del prossimo aggiornamento correttivo della branch LTS di Ubuntu. Pertanto, il kernel Linux 6.14 proposto in questo rilascio sar\u00e0 supportato fino al rilascio di Ubuntu 24.04.4, che offrir\u00e0 un kernel dalla distribuzione di Ubuntu 25.10. Il kernel di base fornito 6.8 sar\u00e0 supportato per l'intero ciclo di assistenza di cinque anni.          <\/p>\n<p>Per ripristinare Ubuntu Desktop sul kernel base 6.8, eseguire il comando:
