Ad esempio, la partizione \/var\/log \u00e8 montata utilizzando zram e memorizzata in RAM in formato compresso, con un salvataggio dei dati su disco una volta al giorno o al termine delle operazioni. La partizione \/tmp \u00e8 montata tramite tmpfs.     <\/p>\n<p> Il progetto supporta oltre 30 varianti del kernel Linux per diverse piattaforme ARM e ARM64. \u00c8 fornito un SDK per semplificare la creazione di immagini di sistema, pacchetti e versioni del distributore. Per lo swap viene utilizzato ZSWAP. All'accesso SSH \u00e8 prevista l'opzione di utilizzare l'autenticazione a due fattori. Include un emulatore box64, che consente di eseguire programmi compilati per processori basati su architettura x86. Sono offerti pacchetti pronti per l'esecuzione di ambienti utente basati su KDE, GNOME, Budgie, Cinnamon, i3wm, Mate, Xfce e Xmonad.    <\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>Le principali novit\u00e0 in Armbian 25.8:  <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"l\"> Supporto ufficiale per le schede Mekotronics R58 HD e NanoPi R3S LTS.\n<li class=\"l\"> Aggiunto supporto per schede sostenute dalla community: CAINIAO CNIoT-CORE, KickPi K2B, Radxa Cubie A5E, Banana Pi R4 e Orange Pi 5 Pro.\n<li class=\"l\"> Il kernel Linux per la maggior parte delle schede \u00e8 stato aggiornato alla versione 6.16 nei rami EDGE. Aggiornato il bootloader U-Boot 2025.07 e gli strumenti ATF 2.13 (Arm Trusted Firmware).\n<li class=\"l\"> Aggiunto supporto per il rilascio di Debian 13, stabilizzate le build basate su Debian 13.\n<li class=\"l\"> Aggiunto supporto per l'architettura LoongArch64 nel toolchain di build.\n<li class=\"l\"> Proseguito lo sviluppo dell'utility armbian-config, utilizzata per configurare il sistema dopo l'installazione. Migliorato il supporto <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/prohoster.info\/it\/vpn\/\"   title=\"VPN\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"279\">VPN<\/a> WireGuard, ampliate le impostazioni relative al routing nelle reti locali e alla configurazione dei sistemi client. Migliorata l'integrazione con il sistema di blocco pubblicitario Pi-hole.\n<li class=\"l\"> Incluso supporto per i sensori di temperatura per la scheda Rock-5C.\n<li class=\"l\"> Aggiunto supporto per il sottosistema audio della scheda RockPi-S.\n<li class=\"l\"> Abilitata la funzionalit\u00e0 Wake-on-LAN sulle schede Helios4.\n<li class=\"l\"> Migliorati i driver per le schede Realtek RTL8822CS, Innosilicon USB3 PHY e NanoPi M6.\n<li class=\"l\"> Risolti problemi di connessione degli schermi tramite l'interfaccia DSI (Display Serial Interface) sulle schede Raspberry Pi 5.    <\/ul>\n<p>Inoltre, si segnala il rilascio di DietPi 9.16, una distribuzione per computer a scheda singola basata su architetture ARM e RISC-V, come Raspberry Pi, Orange Pi, NanoPi, BananaPi, BeagleBone Black, Rock64, Rock Pi, Quartz64, Pine64, Asus Tinker, Odroid e VisionFive 2. La distribuzione \u00e8 costruita su una base di pacchetti Debian e disponibile in build per pi\u00f9 di 50 schede. DietPi pu\u00f2 anche essere utilizzato per creare ambienti compatti per <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/prohoster.info\/it\/vps\/\"   title=\"di macchine virtuali\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"2224\">di macchine virtuali<\/a> e PC tradizionali basati sull'architettura x86_64. Le build per le schede hanno una dimensione ridotta (in media 130 MB) rispetto a Raspberry Pi OS e Armbian. L'insieme degli strumenti per la creazione e la manutenzione della distribuzione \u00e8 distribuito con licenza GPLv2.    <\/p>\n<p>Il progetto \u00e8 ottimizzato per un consumo minimo di risorse e sviluppa diverse utilit\u00e0 proprie: un'interfaccia per l'installazione delle applicazioni DietPi-Software, il configuratore DietPi-Config, il sistema di backup DietPi-Backup, il meccanismo di registrazione temporanea DietPi-Ramlog (supporto per rsyslog incluso), l'interfaccia per la gestione delle priorit\u00e0 dei processi DietPi-Services e il sistema di aggiornamento DietPi-Update. Le utilit\u00e0 forniscono un'interfaccia utente da console con menu e dialoghi basati su whiptail. \u00c8 supportata una modalit\u00e0 di installazione completamente automatizzata, che consente di eseguire l'installazione su schede senza intervento da parte dell'utente.     <\/p>\n<p>Tra le novit\u00e0 in DietPi 9.16:  <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"l\"> Aggiunto supporto iniziale per la futura versione di Debian 14, il cui sviluppo \u00e8 iniziato nel ramo Debian Testing. Iniziata la creazione di build basate su Debian 14.\n<li class=\"l\"> Durante le operazioni con i pacchetti, \u00e8 stato rimosso l'avvio del comando di aggiornamento degli indici &#171;apt update&#187; se \/etc\/apt\/sources.list e gli indici specifici per architettura sono stati modificati meno di un'ora fa.\n<li class=\"l\"> Negli script e nelle funzioni G_*, quando \u00e8 necessario eseguire operazioni privilegiate, \u00e8 stato implementato un riavvio integrato utilizzando sudo, che non richiede l'inserimento manuale dei comandi sotto forma di &#171;sudo dietpi-software&#187;.\n<li class=\"l\"> Nelle build per le schede Raspberry Pi, all'avvio iniziale ora viene attivato di default l'adattatore UART.\n<li class=\"l\"> Per le schede ROCK Pi S sono state aggiunte impostazioni per passare la porta USB-C tra la modalit\u00e0 host USB e OTG.\n<li class=\"l\"> Nell'utility dietpi-software per sistemi basati su architettura RISC-V sono state implementate opzioni per l'uso di Docker Compose, Snapcast e Amiberry.
