Il team di manutenzione di Debian aveva inizialmente pianificato di rimuovere il livello di compatibilit\u00e0 systemd-sysv-generator in Debian 13 (Trixie), ma la decisione \u00e8 stata rinviata alla prossima versione (Debian 14). Sono trascorsi due anni e il passaggio completo ai servizi unitari di systemd \u00e8 previsto entro la fine di febbraio 2026.
