Sono inclusi anche aggiornamenti recenti per centinaia di pacchetti, relativi alla risoluzione di vulnerabilit\u00e0 e problemi che influiscono sulla stabilit\u00e0. Contemporaneamente sono stati presentati aggiornamenti analoghi per Kubuntu 24.04.4 LTS, Ubuntu Budgie 24.04.4 LTS, Ubuntu MATE 24.04.4 LTS, Lubuntu 24.04.4 LTS, Ubuntu Kylin 24.04.4 LTS, Ubuntu Studio 24.04.4 LTS, Xubuntu 24.04.4 LTS, Edubuntu 24.04.4 LTS, Ubuntu Cinnamon 24.04.4 LTS e Ubuntu Unity 24.04.4 LTS.    <\/p>\n<p>Nella versione sono state incluse alcune migliorie retroportate dalla versione Ubuntu 25.10:  <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"l\"> Sono stati proposti pacchetti con il kernel Linux versione 6.17 (kernel base di Ubuntu 24.04 \u2014 6.8).     <\/li>\n<li class=\"l\"> Sono stati aggiornati i componenti del stack grafico, incluso Mesa 25.2.7 e Wayland Protocols 1.45, che sono stati testati nella versione Ubuntu 25.10. Sono state aggiunte versioni aggiornate dei driver video per chip Intel, AMD e NVIDIA.\n<li class=\"l\"> Sono state aggiornate le versioni di alcuni pacchetti, come openvswitch 3.3.4, cloud-init 25.2, netplan 1.1.2, OpenLDAP 2.6.10, .NET 8.0.23, Snapd 2.73.      <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Nelle versioni per desktop (Ubuntu Desktop), il nuovo kernel e il stack grafico sono proposti per default. Per i sistemi server (Ubuntu Server), il nuovo kernel \u00e8 stato aggiunto come opzione nell'installer. \u00c8 sensato utilizzare le nuove versioni solo per nuove installazioni \u2014 i sistemi installati in precedenza possono ricevere tutte le modifiche presenti in Ubuntu 24.04.4 tramite il normale sistema di aggiornamenti.        <\/p>\n<p>Ricordiamo che per la fornitura di nuove versioni del kernel e del stack grafico si utilizza un modello di supporto rolling per gli aggiornamenti, secondo il quale i kernel e i driver retroportati saranno supportati solo fino all'uscita del successivo aggiornamento correttivo della branch LTS di Ubuntu. Pertanto, il kernel Linux 6.17 proposto nella presente versione sar\u00e0 supportato fino all'uscita di Ubuntu 24.04.5, in cui sar\u00e0 proposto un kernel proveniente da Ubuntu 26.04. Il kernel di base fornito 6.8 sar\u00e0 supportato per l'intero ciclo di assistenza di cinque anni.          <\/p>\n<p>Per ripristinare Ubuntu Desktop sul kernel base 6.8, eseguire il comando:
