Le immagini di avvio sono state create per l'architettura x86_64.<\/p>\n<p>Nella nuova versione:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"l\">Il server X.Org \u00e8 stato sostituito con un fork di XLibre. Come motivi della sostituzione si menziona la natura abbandonata del progetto X.Org e la perdita di speranza che esso esca mai dalla stagnazione, in quanto Red Hat sta concentrando tutti gli sforzi sull'implementazione di Wayland e ha intenzione di interrompere il supporto per X11 in GTK5. Secondo il manutentore di GhostBSD, i progetti MATE, Xfce e GNUstep non sono ancora pronti a passare a Wayland, e le azioni dei manutentori di X.Org sembrano distruttive e irrazionali a causa della rimozione delle modifiche creato dall'autore di XLibre.<\/li>\n<li class=\"l\">\u00c8 stato effettuato il passaggio a FreeBSD 15.0-RELEASE (in precedenza, la distribuzione era basata su FreeBSD
