\u00c8 stato rilasciato ArchBang 010726, una distribuzione Linux leggera basata su Arch Linux e che offre un'interfaccia utente basata sul gestore di finestre composito MangoWM. La distribuzione propone un ciclo continuo di aggiornamenti, permettendo di lavorare sempre con le versioni pi\u00f9 recenti dei programmi dai repository di Arch Linux. La dimensione dell'immagine iso \u00e8 di 1,4 GB. <\/p>\n

Nella nuova versione \u00e8 stato effettuato il passaggio all'uso di MangoWM come gestore di finestre composito predefinito (in precedenza c'era Labwc, e prima ancora Openbox), che offre funzionalit\u00e0 simili a quelle del gestore di finestre DWM, implementate utilizzando il protocollo Wayland. MangoWM si distingue per l'uso di tag per raggruppare le finestre in gruppi invece di desktop virtuali<\/a> e puntando a una stabilit\u00e0 e praticit\u00e0 massime (nuove funzionalit\u00e0 vengono aggiunte solo quando migliorano realmente il lavoro quotidiano). Oltre alla migrazione a MangoWM, nel nuovo rilascio viene proposto facoltativamente l'installer grafico abi-install, alternativo all'installer da console e realizzato sotto forma di un'interfaccia web aperta in Firefox basata su Cockpit.<\/p>\n
