\u00c8 stata pubblicata la release di Automake 1.19, l'utilit\u00e0 per la generazione automatica di makefile conformi agli standard di codifica del progetto GNU. <\/p>\n

Nella nuova versione, oltre alla correzione di bug, \u00e8 stato aggiunto il macros autoconf AM_OPTIONAL_AUTOMAKE, che rende facoltativa l'elaborazione delle opzioni specificate \u00abdist-XXX\u00bb durante l'esecuzione del comando \u00abmake dist\u00bb. In pratica, il nuovo macro consente di saltare la creazione di archivi senza generare un errore, se nel sistema mancano gli strumenti di compressione necessari. Ad esempio, l'operazione \u00abmake dist\u00bb non verr\u00e0 interrotta se nelle impostazioni sono specificati dist-zip, dist-xz e dist-zstd, ma non sono stati trovati gli strumenti zip, xz e zstd.
