OpenSSL 4.1 \u00e8 classificato come un rilascio con supporto standard, con aggiornamenti rilasciati per 13 mesi. Il supporto per la versione LTS di OpenSSL 3.5 durer\u00e0 fino ad aprile 2030. Il codice del progetto \u00e8 distribuito sotto la licenza Apache 2.0. <\/p>\n<p>Novit\u00e0 principali: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"l\"> \u00c8 stato aggiunto il supporto iniziale per l'architettura Elbrus2000 (e2k).\n<li class=\"l\"> \u00c8 stato aggiunto il supporto per il protocollo DTLS 1.3 (RFC 9147), che \u00e8 un adattamento di TLS 1.3 per UDP e SCTP.\n<li class=\"l\"> In API <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/prohoster.info\/it\/ssl-sertifikat\/\"   title=\"SSL\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\">SSL<\/a> \u00e8 stato aggiunto il supporto per DTLS nel Listener.\n<li class=\"l\"> \u00c8 stato aggiunto il supporto per il meccanismo GREASE (RFC 8701, Generate Random Extensions And Sustain Extensibility), che durante l'handshake della connessione aggiunge valori fittizi in vari campi dei protocolli TLS e DTLS per verificare la corretta gestione su server e firewall (<a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/prohoster.info\/it\/server\/\"   title=\"server\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\">server<\/a> dovrebbe ignorare valori sconosciuti e continuare l'handshake sulla base di quelli noti).\n<li class=\"l\"> \u00c8 stato aggiunto il supporto per la funzione di derivazione della chiave (KDF) IKEv2 (Internet Key Exchange).\n<li class=\"l\"> \u00c8 stato implementato il supporto per i nuovi obiettivi di compilazione VC-WIN32-MSVC2013 e VC-WIN64A-MSVC2013 per la compilazione utilizzando MSVC 2013. Sono stati rimossi gli obiettivi VC-WIN64I (Windows su sistemi Itanium) e VC-CE (Windows CE).\n<li class=\"l\"> Sono state aggiunte implementazioni di ML-DSA e ML-KEM, ottimizzate per l'architettura ppc64le, e un'implementazione ML-DSA ottimizzata per x86_64.\n<li class=\"l\"> \u00c8 stata aggiunta un'implementazione del codice di decrittazione AES-CBC, ottimizzata mediante le estensioni x86_64 AVX-512 e VAES.\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00c8 opportuno segnalare anche il rilascio della versione portabile di LibreSSL 4.4.0, un fork di OpenSSL. Il rilascio di LibreSSL 4.4.0 \u00e8 considerato sperimentale, in cui vengono sviluppate funzionalit\u00e0 che entreranno a far parte di OpenBSD 8.1. <\/p>\n<p>Le modifiche nella nuova versione di LibreSSL riguardano principalmente bug fix, ottimizzazioni e la risoluzione di problemi di compatibilit\u00e0 con OpenSSL. \u00c8 stato notevolmente migliorato il supporto per la piattaforma Windows e aggiunto il supporto alla compilazione per<br \/>\n macOS 27.0.
