La seconda azienda cinese che adotter\u00e0 le tecnologie a 14 nm e i transistor FinFET sar\u00e0 la shanghainese Huali Microelectronics (HLMC). Questo \u00e8 stato annunciato gioved\u00ec durante l'inaugurazione della fiera SEMICON China 2019 dal vicepresidente della ricerca e sviluppo di HLMC, Shao Hua.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Un altro produttore cinese sta preparando un processo tecnologico a 14 nm FinFET\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/cbffe1aad47768fccea57ea3ea5f2237.phpbannerid=7883&#038;campaignid=4472&#038;zoneid=0&#038;OABLOCK=5&#038;OASCAP=1&#038;loc=&#038;cb=\" style=\"display:block;margin: 0 auto;\" \/><\/p>\n<p>L'introduzione in produzione del processo tecnologico a 14 nm sviluppato in Cina \u00e8 prevista da Huali Microelectronics per la fine del 2020. L'azienda ha gi\u00e0 in uso un processo a 28 nm HKC e si prepara a lanciare la produzione del processo a 28 nm HKC+ entro la fine dell'anno. Entrambi i processi sono simili a quelli noti delle tecnologie TSMC, GlobalFoundries, Samsung e Intel, sotto l'acronimo HKMG (isolante ad alta costante dielettrica con gate metallici dei transistor). Il processo a 28 nm HKC \u00e8 dedicato alla produzione di chip performanti, mentre il 28 nm HKC+ consente di produrre soluzioni a bassissimo consumo. Inoltre, a Huali viene attribuita la produzione di processori compatibili con x86 a 28 nm per conto di Zhaoxin (realizzazione e continuazione dello sviluppo della taiwanese VIA Technologies).<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Un altro produttore cinese sta preparando un processo tecnologico a 14 nm FinFET\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/ab1b3d31f4c9d5fed8ac131588087a6d.phpbannerid=7883&#038;campaignid=4472&#038;zoneid=0&#038;OABLOCK=5&#038;OASCAP=1&#038;loc=&#038;cb=\" style=\"display:block;margin: 0 auto;\" \/><\/p>\n<p>L'operante impianto di produzione Huali Microelectronics per la lavorazione di wafer di silicio da 300 mm (stabilimento Huahong No. 5) \u00e8 in grado di elaborare mensilmente 35.000 wafer. I processi tecnologici supportati: 55, 40 e 28 nm. Lo scorso ottobre, l'azienda ha inaugurato il suo secondo moderno impianto con una capacit\u00e0 progettuale di 40.000 wafer da 300 mm al mese. La costruzione e l'allestimento dell'impianto hanno richiesto quasi due anni. Al momento, questa produzione \u00e8 in grado di elaborare mensilmente 10.000 wafer con chip da 28 nm, ma in futuro sar\u00e0 proprio qui che verr\u00e0 implementata la produzione di soluzioni da 14
