L'azienda possiede un processo tecnologico a 28 nm HKC e sta per avviare la produzione del processo a 28 nm HKC+ entro la fine di quest'anno. Entrambi i processi sono simili a quelli forniti da TSMC, GlobalFoundries, Samsung e Intel, noto con l'acronimo HKMG (isolante a costante dielettrica elevata con depositato uno strato metallico sui gate dei transistor). Il processo a 28 nm HKC \u00e8 orientato alla produzione di chip ad alte prestazioni, mentre il 28 nm HKC+ consente di realizzare soluzioni a bassissimo consumo energetico. I processi tecnologici supportati: 55, 40 e 28 nm. Lo scorso ottobre, l'azienda ha messo in funzione il suo secondo stabilimento moderno con una capacit\u00e0 progettuale di 40&nbsp;000 wafer da 300 mm al mese. La costruzione e l'equipaggiamento dell'impianto hanno richiesto quasi due anni.
