Mozilla ha rilasciato la prima beta pubblica di Firefox per computer basati su chip Qualcomm Snapdragon e il sistema operativo Windows 10. Si parla di laptop, quindi ora l'elenco dei programmi per tali dispositivi si \u00e8 ampliato.<\/p>\n

Si prevede che il browser passer\u00e0 dalla fase beta al rilascio nei prossimi due mesi, quindi all'inizio dell'estate gli utenti potranno utilizzarlo.<\/p>\n

Va notato che questi laptop sono caratterizzati da un basso consumo energetico, derivante dall'uso di un processore basato sull'architettura ARM. Come affermato da Chuck Harmston, senior product manager di Mozilla per il progetto Firefox ARM, l'obiettivo principale degli sviluppatori \u00e8 ridurre al minimo il consumo energetico del browser in tutti gli aspetti. L'azienda non fornisce dati comparativi, quindi \u00e8 difficile valutare quanto la versione ARM del browser superi le versioni per x86 e x86-64.<\/p>\n
