Il 10 aprile 2019, GitHub ha rimosso senza preavviso il repository di un popolare strumento GoodByeDPI<\/a>, progettato per aggirare i blocchi governativi (censura) dei siti web su Internet.<\/p>\n

Cos'\u00e8 il DPI, come \u00e8 collegato ai blocchi e perch\u00e9 combatterlo (secondo l'autore):<\/p>\n

I provider della Federazione Russa, nella maggior parte dei casi, utilizzano sistemi di analisi profonda del traffico (DPI, Deep Packet Inspection) per bloccare i siti inclusi nel registro di quelli vietati. Non esiste uno standard unico per il DPI, ci sono molte implementazioni da diversi fornitori di soluzioni DPI, che si differenziano per tipo di connessione e modalit\u00e0 di funzionamento.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

\nSolo pochi giorni fa, secondo la cache di Google, il repository sembrava pi\u00f9 vivace:<\/p>\n

Si pu\u00f2 notare che quasi 2000 persone hanno aggiunto lo strumento ai preferiti, e 207 l'hanno forkato. Ma erano tre giorni fa, e ora \u2014 errore 404.<\/p>\n

Ecco come l'autore descriveva la funzionalit\u00e0 dello strumento:<\/p>\n

GoodbyeDPI \u00e8 in grado di bloccare i pacchetti con reindirizzamento da DPI passivo, sostituire Host con hoSt, rimuovere lo spazio tra i due punti e il valore dell'host nell'intestazione Host, \"frammentare\" i pacchetti HTTP e HTTPS (impostare la dimensione della finestra TCP) e aggiungere uno spazio extra tra il metodo HTTP e il percorso.
