Dopo il rilascio di .NET Core 3.0 quest'anno, Microsoft rilascer\u00e0<\/a><\/noindex> lancer\u00e0 la piattaforma .NET 5, che rappresenter\u00e0 un significativo miglioramento del sistema di sviluppo nel suo insieme. La principale novit\u00e0, rispetto a .NET Framework 4.8, sar\u00e0 la garanzia del supporto per Linux, macOS, iOS, Android, tvOS, watchOS e WebAssembly. La versione 4.8 rimarr\u00e0 l'ultima, mentre solo la famiglia Core continuer\u00e0 a svilupparsi.<\/p>\n

Si riporta che lo sviluppo si concentrer\u00e0 attorno a Runtime, JIT, AOT, GC, BCL (Base Class Library), C#, VB.NET, F#, ASP.NET, Entity Framework, ML.NET, WinForms, WPF e Xamarin. Questo permetter\u00e0 di unificare la piattaforma e fornire un framework e un runtime aperti e unificati per diversi compiti. Di conseguenza, sar\u00e0 possibile creare applicazioni per varie piattaforme su una base di codice comune con lo stesso processo di compilazione, indipendentemente dal tipo di applicazione. <\/p>\n
