In effetti, i volumi di fornitura di Cannon Lake non sono stati significativi, e quindi Intel ora indica il 2019 come l'inizio del periodo di adozione del processo tecnologico a 10 nm. Intel afferma con orgoglio che la prestazione specifica per watt di energia elettrica consumata \u00e8 migliorata del 20% passando dalla prima alla terza generazione del processo a 14 nm.<\/p>\n<p>Inoltre, se si esaminano le recenti presentazioni di Intel dall'evento di maggio per gli investitori, si scopre che il ciclo di vita del processo a 14 nm \u00e8 stato esteso fino al 2021 incluso. Prima che nella prima met\u00e0 del prossimo anno siano rilasciati i processori a 10 nm Ice Lake-SP, verranno introdotti i processori a 14 nm Cooper Lake, compatibili in termini costruttivi.
