Ha sottolineato che dopo una fuga di dati potrebbe iniziare la scomparsa di denaro dai conti elettronici. Nel suo intervento, il signor Tolstoy ha ricordato un recente incidente riguardante la fuga di informazioni riservate degli utenti da otto sistemi statali, tra cui i registri del Ministero della Giustizia, del Ministero del Lavoro, del Ministero delle Finanze, delle piattaforme di commercio elettronico e altro ancora. &nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u00c8 stato inoltre osservato che, nel quadro del progetto \"Economia Digitale\", la protezione dei diritti dei cittadini deve essere attuata in modo completo. Secondo il signor Tolstoj, raccogliere tutte le informazioni su una persona in un unico file \u00e8 in contrasto con la legislazione vigente sui dati personali.<\/p>\n<p>Di conseguenza, \u00e8 stata presa la decisione di creare un gruppo di lavoro, guidato da Petr Tolstoy. Faranno parte anche membri del governo, esperti, membri del Consiglio della Federazione e rappresentanti delle commissioni competenti. Si prevede che i primi passi per proteggere le informazioni riservate dei russi verranno annunciati gi\u00e0 tra un mese.
