Al suo interno si propaga un raggio formato da un laser, che (come qualsiasi onda elettromagnetica) ha una sua frequenza specifica. Per comodit\u00e0 e semplicit\u00e0, quando si parla di ottica, invece della frequenza in hertz si utilizza il valore inverso della lunghezza d'onda, che nel range ottico \u00e8 misurato in nanometri. Per la trasmissione dei segnali della TV via cavo, di solito si utilizza \u03bb=1550nm.<\/p>\n<p>Le sezioni della rete vengono connesse tra loro tramite saldatura o connettori. Si pu\u00f2 leggere sui dettagli in <noindex><a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/habr.com\/ru\/post\/193146\/\">un ottimo articolo @stalinets<\/a><\/noindex>. Dico solo che nelle reti CATV vengono quasi sempre utilizzate delle poliche a spigolo APC. <\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Reti di TV via cavo per i pi\u00f9 piccini. Parte 8: Rete in fibra ottica\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/5d3dadf9f154a8a937721a5547df78c6.png\" style=\"display:block;margin: 0 auto;\" \/><br \/>\n<i>Immagine dal sito fiber-optic-solutions.com<\/i><\/p>\n<p>Introduce un leggero attenuamento rispetto a una linea retta, ma possiede una caratteristica molto importante: il segnale riflesso all'intersezione non si propaga lungo lo stesso asse del segnale principale, riducendo cos\u00ec la sua influenza su di esso. Per i sistemi di trasmissione digitale con ridondanza incorporata e algoritmi di recupero, questo pu\u00f2 sembrare poco rilevante, ma il segnale televisivo ha avuto origine come analogico (anche nella fibra ottica), e questo \u00e8 cruciale: tutti ricordano il raddoppiamento o lo sbiadimento dell'immagine sui vecchi televisori in caso di ricezione incerta. Fenomeni ondulatori simili si verificano sia nell'aria che nei cavi. Sebbene il segnale televisivo digitale abbia una maggiore resistenza alle interferenze, non possiede molti vantaggi della trasmissione di dati in pacchetti e pu\u00f2 subire danni a livello fisico, senza possibilit\u00e0 di recupero tramite ritrasmissione.<\/p>\n<p>Per trasmettere il segnale su distanze significative \u00e8 necessario avere un livello elevato, quindi nella catena non si possono evitare gli amplificatori. Il segnale ottico nei sistemi CATV viene amplificato da amplificatori a erbio (EDFA). Il funzionamento di questo dispositivo \u00e8 un ottimo esempio di come una tecnologia sufficientemente avanzata sia indistinguibile dalla magia. In sintesi: quando un raggio attraversa una fibra con una miscela di erbio, si creano le condizioni per cui ogni fotone della radiazione originale genera due cloni. Questi dispositivi vengono utilizzati in tutti i sistemi di trasmissione dati su lunghe distanze. Certamente, non sono economici. Pertanto, nei casi in cui non \u00e8 necessario amplificare il segnale significativamente e non ci sono rigorosi requisiti riguardo al rumore, vengono utilizzati rigeneratori di segnale:<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Reti di TV via cavo per i pi\u00f9 piccini. Parte 8: Rete in fibra ottica\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/629f8aa97d6a0a00ceb8b044d5bdc033.png\" style=\"display:block;margin: 0 auto;\" \/><br \/>\n<br \/>\nQuesto dispositivo, come si pu\u00f2 vedere nello schema strutturale, esegue una doppia conversione del segnale tra ambienti ottici ed elettrici. Questa costruzione consente, se necessario, di modificare la lunghezza d'onda del segnale.<\/p>\n<p>Manipolazioni come l'amplificazione e la rigenerazione del segnale sono necessarie non solo per compensare l'attenuazione del cavo su lunghe distanze. Le maggiori perdite si verificano durante la suddivisione del segnale tra i rami della rete. La suddivisione avviene tramite dispositivi passivi, che a seconda delle necessit\u00e0 possono avere un numero variabile di uscite e possono dividere il segnale in modo simmetrico o asimmetrico.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Reti di TV via cavo per i pi\u00f9 piccini. Maggiore \u00e8 il numero di uscite del divisore, maggiori saranno le attenuazioni che apporter\u00e0 al segnale.<\/p>\n<p>Se aggiungiamo al divisore filtri per separare i fasci con lunghezze d'onda diverse, possiamo trasmettere immediatamente due segnali su una sola fibra.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Reti di TV via cavo per i pi\u00f9 piccini. Collegando alle porte TV e Express l'equipaggiamento KTV e internet rispettivamente, otteniamo un segnale misto nell'uscita COM comune, che pu\u00f2 essere trasmesso su una sola fibra ottica, e dall'altra parte pu\u00f2 essere nuovamente separato tra un ricevitore ottico e uno switch, per esempio. Funziona pi\u00f9 o meno come in un prisma di vetro, dove dalla luce bianca appare l'arcobaleno.<\/p>\n<p>Per garantire la riserva del segnale ottico oltre ai ricevitori ottici con due ingressi, di cui ho parlato <noindex><a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/habr.com\/ru\/post\/454542\/\">nella parte precedente<\/a><\/noindex> pu\u00f2 essere utilizzato un rel\u00e8 elettromeccanico, che pu\u00f2 passare da una sorgente all'altra in base a determinati parametri del segnale.<br \/>\nIn caso di degrado di una fibra, il dispositivo passer\u00e0 automaticamente all'altra. Il tempo di commutazione \u00e8 inferiore a un secondo, quindi per l'utente questo appare, nella peggiore delle ipotesi, come un tossicchiare di artefatti sull'immagine digitale, che scompare nel
