Ha anche sottolineato che storicamente gli attacchi DDoS pi\u00f9 estesi a Telegram coincidono temporalmente con le manifestazioni a Hong Kong e questo caso non \u00e8 stato un'eccezione.<\/p>\n

Il messenger Telegram \u00e8 ampiamente utilizzato dai residenti di Hong Kong, poich\u00e9 consente di evitare il tracciamento durante l'organizzazione e il coordinamento delle proteste. Un attacco a Telegram potrebbe significare che il governo cinese sta cercando di compromettere il funzionamento del messenger e limitarne l'efficacia come strumento per organizzare proteste di migliaia di persone.<\/p>\n
